3. Setup Instructions
Follow these steps to assemble your table saw. The design allows for simple and easy assembly.
- Unpack Components: Remove all parts from the packaging and verify against the package contents list.
- Base Assembly: Place the main table saw unit on a stable, flat surface. The anti-slip rubber damping pads on the base help maintain stability during use.
- Install Saw Blade: Carefully attach the saw blade to the motor shaft. Ensure it is securely fastened using the provided wrenches. The maximum saw blade diameter supported is 110mm.
- Attach Baffle/Guard: Install the acrylic baffle over the saw blade. This transparent guard does not obstruct the line of sight and ensures safe operation.
- Mount Slide Bar and Standoffs: Attach the slide bar and any necessary standoffs using the slide screws and small screws. These components aid in precise cutting.
- Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the table saw and then into a suitable power outlet (100-240V).

4. Operating Instructions
This multi-functional desktop table saw is designed for precision cutting, carving, grinding, and polishing tasks.
4.1 Basic Cutting Operation
- Power On: Flip the power switch to the 'ON' position. The motor will reach its operating speed of 10000/min.
- Adjust Angle: For angled cuts, use the 0-90 degree angle adjustment mechanism. The precise scale design assists in setting the desired angle.
- Position Workpiece: Place the material to be cut on the table, aligning it with the saw blade and using the sliding rail and scale for accuracy. Ensure the workpiece is stable.
- Perform Cut: Slowly and steadily feed the workpiece into the rotating saw blade. The maximum cutting depth is approximately 33mm.
- Power Off: Once the cut is complete, flip the power switch to 'OFF' and wait for the blade to stop completely before removing the workpiece or making adjustments.

4.2 Material Compatibility
This table saw is suitable for cutting materials such as hardwood, aluminum strip, acrylic, and various plastics. It is not designed for cutting hard alloy materials like high-density pressboard or steel.
4.3 Using Sanding/Polishing Attachments
The table saw can also be used for grinding, polishing, and carving by attaching the appropriate accessories to the flexible shaft chuck. The flexible shaft chuck range is approximately 0.3-4mm.
- Attach Drill Chuck: Secure the drill chuck to the flexible shaft.
- Insert Accessory: Insert the desired accessory (e.g., sandpaper sanding disc) into the drill chuck and tighten with the drill bit clamp wrench.
- Operate: Power on the machine and carefully apply the workpiece to the rotating accessory for grinding or polishing.

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your table saw.
- Cleaning: After each use, disconnect the power and use a brush or compressed air to remove sawdust and debris from the table, blade guard, and motor vents.
- Blade Inspection: Periodically check the saw blade for sharpness, damage, or missing teeth. Replace dull or damaged blades immediately.
- Lubrication: Apply a small amount of appropriate lubricant to moving parts, such as the sliding rail, as needed to ensure smooth operation.
- Power Cord: Inspect the power cord for any signs of damage, cuts, or fraying. Do not use the tool if the cord is damaged.
- Storage: Store the table saw in a clean, dry place, away from moisture and direct sunlight.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your table saw, refer to the following common problems and solutions.
- Saw does not power on:
- Check if the power cord is securely plugged into both the saw and the power outlet.
- Ensure the power switch is in the 'ON' position.
- Verify that the power outlet is functional by testing it with another device.
- Blade not cutting efficiently or burning wood:
- The saw blade may be dull and needs to be replaced.
- Ensure the blade is installed correctly and securely.
- You might be feeding the material too quickly. Reduce the feed rate.
- Verify that the material being cut is compatible with the saw (e.g., not hard alloy materials).
- Excessive vibration or noise:
- Check if the saw blade is properly tightened and not warped.
- Ensure the table saw is placed on a stable and level surface.
- Inspect for any loose components and tighten them.
