Important Safety Instructions
- Read all instructions before operating the appliance.

Setup and First Use
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and accessories from the box.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the stainless steel inner pot, glass lid, and steaming rack in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
- Placement: Place the slow cooker on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface, away from walls and other appliances to ensure proper ventilation.
- Insert Inner Pot: Place the clean, dry stainless steel inner pot into the main unit.

Control Panel Overview
The digital control panel allows you to select cooking functions, adjust time and temperature, and utilize special features.

- Time/Temp Button: Used to switch between time and temperature adjustment modes.

General Cooking Steps
- Add ingredients to the stainless steel inner pot.
- Place the glass lid securely on the pot.
- Plug in the appliance.
- Select your desired cooking function by pressing the corresponding button (e.g., "Slow Cook").
- The display will show default time and temperature settings for the selected program.
- To adjust time or temperature, press the "Time/Temp" button, then use the "+/-" buttons to modify the values.
- After selecting the function and adjusting settings, the cooker will automatically start after approximately 10 seconds if no further input is detected.
- Once cooking is complete, the appliance may automatically switch to "Keep Warm" mode (if applicable for the program).

- Slow Cook (Low/High): The maximum cooking temperature does not reach 100°C (212°F). Low setting is approximately 201.2°F ± 5.4°F; High setting is approximately 204.8°F ± 5.4°F. This design prevents burning and sticking, preserving moisture and nutrients.
- Delay Start: Press the "Delay Start" button after selecting a program and setting time/temperature. Use "+/-" to set the delay time (up to 24 hours). The cooker will begin cooking automatically after the delay period.
- Keep Warm: This function automatically activates after some cooking programs to maintain food temperature. It can also be manually selected.
- Sous Vide: Ensure food is properly sealed in a vacuum bag before placing it in the water-filled inner pot.

Care and Maintenance
Cleaning
- Always unplug the slow cooker and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- The stainless steel inner pot and glass lid are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, wash them with warm, soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly.
