6. Maintenance

Quick Jam Release

If a fastener becomes jammed, the INGCO HSG1405 is equipped with a quick jam release mechanism:

  1. Ensure the tool is pointed away from yourself and others.
  2. Locate the Mental Drive Channel Switch (often a lever or button near the front of the magazine).
  3. Pull down the metal drive channel to expose the jammed fastener.
  4. Carefully remove the jammed fastener using pliers or a similar tool. Do not use excessive force.
  5. Once the jam is cleared, push the metal drive channel back into place until it locks.
  6. Reload fasteners and test the tool on a scrap piece of material.

Regularly inspect the tool for any loose parts or damage. Keep the tool clean and free of debris. A light application of oil to moving parts can help maintain smooth operation.
