4. Setup

4.1. Battery Installation

1. Locate the battery bay cover on the back of the presentation clicker.
2. Slide down the cover to open the battery compartment.
3. Insert one AAA battery, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
4. Close the battery bay cover securely.

1. Gently slide down the top cover of the clicker to reveal the stored USB/Type-C receiver.
2. Remove the receiver from its storage slot.
3. Identify the appropriate port on your computer or device (USB-A or USB-C).
4. Plug the receiver into the chosen port. The device is plug-and-play; no additional software installation is required for most systems.

Note for Mac Users: For Mac operating systems, an initial easy setup may be required upon first connection. Follow any on-screen prompts.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Powering On/Off

• Slide the On/Off switch to the 'On' position to power on the clicker.
• Slide the On/Off switch to the 'Off' position when not in use to conserve battery life.

5.2. Presentation Control

• Press the Page Up button to move to the previous slide.
• Press the Page Down button to advance to the next slide.
• Press the Pointer Button (center button with triangle icon) to activate the red light pointer. The red light has a range of approximately 656 feet (200 meters).
• Press the Black Screen Switching Button to turn the screen black. Press again to return to the presentation.
• Full Screen Switching: Long press the Full Screen Switching Button to enter full screen mode. Long press again to exit.
• The wireless control range of the clicker is approximately 328 feet (100 meters).

7. Maintenance

• Store the USB/Type-C receiver inside the clicker when not in use to prevent loss.

8. Troubleshooting

• Device not responding: Ensure the clicker is powered on and the receiver is securely plugged into a functional USB or Type-C port. Check and replace the AAA battery if necessary.
• Red light not visible: The red light pointer is not recommended for use on TV, LED, or LCD screens. It is best used on projection screens or traditional whiteboards.
• Intermittent connection: Ensure the clicker is within the 328ft (100m) wireless range of the receiver. Avoid obstructions that may interfere with the signal.
• Mac OS specific issues: If experiencing issues on a Mac, ensure any initial setup prompts have been completed.
• Not a Bluetooth device: This slideshow clicker operates on 2.4GHz wireless technology and is NOT a Bluetooth presenter. Ensure your device is not attempting to connect via Bluetooth.
