1. Setup

This section guides you through the initial setup of your Proscenic P11 Smart Cordless Stick Vacuum Cleaner.

1.1 Unboxing and Assembly

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. The main unit, extension tube, floor brush, and various accessories are included. Assemble the main unit by attaching the extension tube and desired cleaning head. Ensure all connections click securely into place.

1.2 Charging the Battery

The Proscenic P11 Smart features a detachable 2200mAh Lithium-Ion battery. To charge, remove the battery from the main unit by pressing the release button. You can charge the battery directly using the provided power adapter or by mounting it on the wall-mounted charging dock (screws and fixtures included for wall installation).

A full charge typically takes approximately 4 hours. The LED display on the main unit will indicate the battery status.

2. Operating the Vacuum Cleaner

2.1 Power On/Off and Suction Modes

Press the power button on the handle to turn the vacuum on or off. The LED touch screen displays the current operating status, including battery level and selected suction mode. Cycle through the three available suction modes: Eco, Auto, and Max, by pressing the mode selection button.

  • Eco Mode: Provides up to 60 minutes of runtime for light cleaning tasks.
  • Auto Mode: Automatically adjusts suction power based on floor type, offering up to 30 minutes of runtime.
  • Max Mode: Delivers maximum suction power for stubborn dirt, with approximately 15 minutes of runtime.

2.2 Using Attachments for Different Surfaces

The P11 Smart comes with multiple brushes and tools designed for various cleaning needs. Attach the appropriate tool by aligning it with the main unit or extension tube and pushing until it locks.

  • Floor Brush: Ideal for carpets, hard floors, and hardwood surfaces. Features LED lights to illuminate dust.

3. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your vacuum cleaner.

3.1 Emptying the Dust Cup

To empty the dust cup, press the release buttons on both sides of the dust cup and detach it from the main unit. Open the bottom flap of the dust cup to dispose of collected debris. It is recommended to empty the dust cup after each use to maintain strong suction.

3.2 Cleaning the Filters

The P11 Smart features a four-stage filtration system, including a HEPA filter, sponge filter, mesh filter, and cyclone filter. Regularly clean these filters to prevent clogging and maintain suction efficiency. Detach the dust cup, then remove the filter components. Rinse the washable filters under running water and ensure they are completely dry before reassembling.

3.3 Cleaning the Brush Roll

Periodically check the brush roll for tangled hair or debris. To clean, remove the brush roll from the floor head and use scissors or a brush to clear any obstructions. Reinsert the brush roll securely.

4. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Proscenic P11 Smart, refer to the following common problems and solutions.

  • Reduced Suction Power: Check if the dust cup is full, filters are clogged, or the brush roll is obstructed. Empty the dust cup and clean all filters and the brush roll.
  • Battery Not Charging: Ensure the power adapter is correctly connected to both the battery and a working power outlet. Verify the battery is properly inserted into the main unit or charging dock.
  • Vacuum Not Turning On: Check if the battery is charged and correctly installed. Ensure the power button is pressed firmly.
  • Dust Cup Difficult to Reassemble: Ensure the internal components of the dust cup, especially the filter assembly, are correctly aligned before attempting to reattach it to the main unit. Refer to the manual for detailed reassembly steps.
