1. Introduction
Thank you for choosing the BEEM FRESH-AROMA-PERFECT III Drip Coffee Maker with Grinder. This appliance is designed to provide you with freshly brewed coffee from whole beans or pre-ground coffee. Please read this manual carefully before first use to ensure safe and optimal operation.
Important Safety Instructions
- Always place the coffee maker on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface.
- Do not immerse the appliance, cord, or plug in water or other liquids.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug.
- Use only cold, fresh water in the water tank.
- Do not open the lid during the brewing cycle.

3. Setup
Initial Cleaning
Before first use, clean all removable parts (carafe, filter, filter holder) with warm soapy water. Wipe the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth. Run two full brewing cycles with only water to rinse the internal system.
Placing the Appliance
Place the coffee maker on a flat, stable, and dry surface. Ensure there is enough space around the appliance for proper ventilation and access to the water tank and bean container.
Filling Water and Coffee Beans

- Open the lid of the water tank and fill with fresh, cold water up to the desired cup marking. Do not exceed the MAX level.
- Open the lid of the bean container and pour whole coffee beans into it. The container has a capacity of approximately 180g. Close the lid to maintain freshness.
- Alternatively, if using pre-ground coffee, place the permanent filter (or a paper filter) into the filter holder and add the desired amount of ground coffee.
4. Operating

Setting Grind Level and Coffee Strength
The integrated conical grinder offers 3 grind settings for individual coffee enjoyment. Adjust the grind setting dial located near the bean container to your preference (finer for stronger coffee, coarser for milder). Use the 'Aroma-Plus' function button on the control panel to further adjust coffee strength.
Brewing Coffee
- Ensure the thermal carafe is correctly placed on the warming plate.
- Select the desired number of cups using the cup selection button on the display.
- Press the 'Start' button to begin the brewing process. The machine will automatically grind the beans (if selected) and brew the coffee.
- Once brewing is complete, the machine will beep. Remove the carafe to serve.
Using the 24-Hour Timer
The integrated 24-hour timer allows you to program the coffee maker to start brewing at a specific time.
- Fill the water tank and bean container (or add ground coffee) as usual.
- Press the 'Timer' button on the control panel.
- Use the 'H' (hour) and 'M' (minute) buttons to set the desired start time.
- Press the 'Timer' button again to confirm and activate the timer. The timer indicator will light up.
5. Maintenance
Daily Cleaning
- After each use, unplug the appliance and allow it to cool.
- Remove the filter holder and permanent filter. Discard used coffee grounds and rinse the filter and filter holder under running water.
- Clean the thermal carafe with warm soapy water and a soft brush. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Wipe the exterior of the coffee maker with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive pads.
Descaling
Regular descaling is essential to maintain performance and extend the life of your coffee maker. The 'CALC' indicator on the display will illuminate when descaling is recommended.
- Mix a descaling solution according to the manufacturer's instructions (e.g., white vinegar and water, or a commercial descaler).
- Pour the solution into the water tank.
- Place the empty carafe on the warming plate.
- Press and hold the 'CALC' button for a few seconds to start the descaling cycle.
- After the cycle is complete, run two full cycles with fresh water to rinse the system thoroughly.
6. Troubleshooting
