Setup and Assembly
Careful assembly is required to ensure the stability and longevity of your armoire. Please follow these instructions precisely. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.
Important Assembly Notes
- DO NOT STAND YOUR UNIT UPRIGHT WITHOUT BACK ATTACHED. THE UNIT MAY COLLAPSE. A properly attached back will assure squareness, stability, and strength of your unit.
- Your unit must be "squared up" to the BACK before fastening. Make equal spacing along all four edges of the BACK. Push on opposite corners of your unit if needed to make it "square".

Maintenance
To keep your Sauder armoire in optimal condition, follow these simple maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: Wipe surfaces with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the Glacier White finish.
- Fasteners: Periodically check all screws and fasteners to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten as necessary to maintain structural integrity.
- Moving: When moving the armoire, always lift it rather than dragging it to prevent damage to the base and structure.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your armoire, please refer to the following common solutions:
- Doors Not Closing Properly or Misaligned: Ensure the unit is placed on a level surface. Check that all hinges are securely fastened and adjusted correctly. Verify that the back panel is properly attached and has squared the unit during assembly.
- Damaged Parts: If any parts arrived damaged or become damaged during assembly, please contact Sauder customer support for replacement parts.
- Flimsy or Unstable Unit: Confirm that all twist-lock fasteners and screws are tightened as much as possible. Ensure the back panel is securely attached and has properly squared the unit. Refer to the assembly videos for guidance.
- Drawer Issues (if applicable): If drawers are difficult to open/close or are misaligned, refer to the "Drawer Slide Installation" video in the Setup section to ensure the slides are correctly separated and installed.
