1. Introduction

Thank you for purchasing the HOMCOM 21L Mini Oven. This compact and elegant appliance is designed for versatile cooking in your kitchen or studio. 2. Safety Instructions

• Read all instructions before using the appliance.
• Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
• To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the appliance in water or other liquid.

4. Setup

Unpacking and Placement:

1. Carefully remove the oven and all accessories from the packaging.
2. Place the oven on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the appliance (at least 10-15 cm clearance on all sides).
3. Do not place the oven near flammable materials such as curtains or walls.

Initial Cleaning:

1. Before first use, wipe the interior and exterior of the oven with a damp cloth.
2. Wash all removable accessories (grill rack, baking tray, crumb tray) in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
3. Insert the crumb tray at the bottom of the oven. Position the grill rack or baking tray as needed for your cooking.

First Use (Burn-in):

It is recommended to run the oven empty for about 15 minutes on the highest temperature setting (230°C) with the 'Traditional Heat' mode selected. This will burn off any manufacturing residues and odors. A slight smoke or odor is normal during this process. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.

5. Operation

The HOMCOM Mini Oven features three control knobs for temperature, cooking mode, and timer settings.

Setting the Oven:

1. Temperature Control (Top Knob): Rotate the top knob to select the desired temperature from 100°C to 230°C.
2. Cooking Mode Selector (Middle Knob): Rotate the middle knob to choose one of the three cooking modes:
   • Upper Grill: Activates the top heating elements, ideal for grilling, browning, or gratins.
   • Traditional Heat: Activates both upper and lower heating elements for conventional baking and roasting.
   • Lower Grill: Activates the bottom heating elements, suitable for delicate baking or warming.
3. Timer Control (Bottom Knob): Rotate the bottom knob to set the cooking time, up to 60 minutes. The oven will automatically turn off when the timer reaches zero, indicated by an audible bell. To turn off the oven manually before the timer finishes, turn the timer knob to the "OFF" position.

Cooking Process:

1. Place your food on the appropriate accessory (grill rack or baking tray) and insert it into the oven. Adjust the rack height as needed.
2. Close the oven door securely.
3. Set the desired temperature, cooking mode, and timer. The power indicator light will illuminate.
4. When cooking is complete, the timer will ring, and the oven will turn off. Carefully remove the food using oven mitts and the provided handle/tongs.
