Setup
1. Unpacking and Placement
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Place the mixer on a clean, dry, and stable countertop. The five anti-slip suction feet on the bottom of the unit will help secure it in place during operation.
2. Attaching the Mixing Bowl
- Ensure the mixer head is in the tilted-up position. If not, press the 'Rise Button' (tilt-head release lever) to lift the head.
- Place the 7.5-quart stainless steel bowl onto the base.
- Rotate the bowl clockwise until it locks securely into position. The 'LOCK' indicator on the base will align.
3. Attaching Accessories (Dough Hook, Mixing Beater, Whisk)
- With the mixer head tilted up, select the desired attachment.
- Align the attachment with the shaft and push it upwards, then rotate it slightly until it clicks into place.
4. Attaching the Splash Guard
The transparent splash guard helps prevent ingredients from splashing out during mixing. It features a large feeding port for adding ingredients while the mixer is running.
- After attaching the desired accessory, place the splash guard over the mixing bowl.
- Align the opening on the splash guard with the mixer head and gently press down until it sits flush.

Operating Instructions
1. Lowering the Mixer Head
Once the bowl and attachment are in place, press the 'Rise Button' (tilt-head release lever) and gently lower the mixer head until it locks into the operating position. Ensure it is fully locked before starting the mixer.

2. Power On and Speed Selection
Plug the mixer into a suitable electrical outlet. The speed dial will illuminate. Turn the speed dial to select your desired speed setting. The mixer offers 6 continuous speeds and a Pulse (P) mode.
- Dough Hook (Speeds 1-3 / Pulse): Ideal for heavy mixtures like dough for pizza, cinnamon rolls, spaghetti, or pasta.
- Mixing Beater (Speeds 3-4): Suitable for medium-heavy mixtures such as cake batter, cookie dough, fudge, mashed potatoes, or salads.
- Whisk (Speeds 5-6): Best for whipping liquids, sauces, egg whites, cream, butter, mousses, or meringues.

3. Using the Pulse Function
The Pulse (P) mode provides short bursts of high-speed mixing. To activate, turn the speed dial to 'P' and hold it. Release to stop. This is useful for quickly incorporating ingredients or for short mixing tasks.
4. Adding Ingredients During Operation
Use the large feeding port on the splash guard to add ingredients while the mixer is running. This helps maintain a clean workspace and prevents splashes.
