This mixer is designed for both professional and beginner use, featuring an upgraded DSP 3.0 system with 24 integrated effects, USB soundcard functionality for PC connectivity, Bluetooth for wireless streaming, and 48V Phantom Power for condenser microphones. It also includes an Anti-Feedback button for enhanced sound quality.

3. Setup Instructions

  1. Unpacking and Inspection: Carefully unpack the mixer and inspect it for any signs of damage. Retain all packaging materials for potential future transport or service.
  2. Power Connection: Connect the provided power cable to the mixer's power input and then to a suitable AC power outlet. Ensure the power switch is in the OFF position before connecting.
  3. Connecting Microphones: For dynamic microphones, connect via XLR cables to the MIC/LINE inputs (channels 1-4). For condenser microphones, connect via XLR and activate the +48V Phantom Power button for the respective channel.
  4. Connecting Line-Level Devices: Connect instruments, media players, or other line-level devices using 1/4'' TRS/TS cables or RCA cables to the designated LINE inputs.
  5. Connecting to PC (USB): Use a USB cable to connect the mixer's USB port to your computer. The mixer will function as a USB soundcard for recording and playback. Install any necessary drivers if prompted by your operating system.
  6. Connecting Headphones: Plug your headphones into the 1/4'' HEADPHONE jack for monitoring.
  7. Connecting Main Outputs: Connect your main speakers or amplifier to the MAIN OUT (XLR or 1/4'' TRS) connectors.

4. Operating Instructions

  1. Power On: After all connections are made, switch the power button to the ON position.
  2. Gain Adjustment: For each input channel, adjust the GAIN knob to achieve an optimal input level. The PEAK LED should flash only occasionally.
  3. Equalization (EQ): Use the HIGH, MID, and LOW knobs on each channel to adjust the tonal characteristics of the input signal.
  4. Channel Faders: Adjust the individual channel faders to set the volume balance for each input.
  5. Main Output: Use the MAIN faders to control the overall output volume. Monitor the main output level meters to prevent clipping.
  6. DSP Effects: Use the PROGRAM (PUSH) knob to select from the 24 built-in DSP effects. Adjust the FX knob on each channel to send the desired amount of signal to the effects processor.
  7. Bluetooth Pairing: Press the MODE button in the MP3/BT section to select Bluetooth mode. On your device, search for and connect to the mixer's Bluetooth signal.
  8. USB Playback/Recording: Insert a USB drive for MP3 playback. For recording, ensure the mixer is connected to a PC via USB. Hold the REC.LINE button to initiate recording or playback.
  9. Anti-Feedback: If microphone feedback occurs, press the ANTI-FEEDBACK button to activate the feedback suppression feature.
