3.3 Electrical Connection
Before connecting, ensure the voltage and frequency indicated on the rating plate match your household power supply. Plug the appliance into a dedicated, grounded wall socket. Do not switch on immediately after transport; allow it to stand upright for at least 4 hours before connecting to power.
3.4 Initial Operation
After connecting to power, the refrigerator will begin cooling. Set the desired temperature using the internal controls. Allow the appliance to run for several hours (approximately 4-6 hours) before loading it with food to ensure it reaches the optimal operating temperature.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Temperature Control
The temperature inside the refrigerator and freezer compartments can be adjusted using the control panel located inside the appliance. Refer to the markings on the control panel for specific temperature settings. Generally, a lower number or setting indicates a warmer temperature, while a higher number or setting indicates a colder temperature.
4.2 Central Power Cooling
Your Liebherr refrigerator features a Central Power Cooling system. This system utilizes accelerated air circulation to distribute cold air uniformly throughout all sections of the refrigerator, ensuring fast and consistent cooling for your food items.
4.3 NoFrost Technology
The freezer compartment is equipped with NoFrost technology, which prevents the formation of ice and frost. This eliminates the need for manual defrosting of the freezer, simplifying maintenance and ensuring consistent freezing performance.
4.4 Flexible & Twisty Ice Tray
To make ice cubes, fill the flexible ice tray with water and place it in the freezer. Once frozen, twist the tray gently to release the ice cubes into the storage container below. The tray can also be adjusted sideways for convenience.

Before contacting service, check the following common issues:
- Appliance not cooling: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged in. Check if the circuit breaker has tripped. Verify that the temperature settings are correct.
- Unusual noises: Minor noises from the compressor or refrigerant circulation are normal. Ensure the appliance is level and not touching a wall or other objects.
- Water on the floor: Check if the drain hole in the refrigerator compartment is blocked. Ensure the appliance is level.
