Cooking Tips

- Shake or toss food in the baskets halfway through cooking for uniform results.
- Lightly spray or brush food with oil for extra crispiness, especially for fresh vegetables or homemade fries.
- Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure meats are cooked to a safe internal temperature.
- Refer to general air fryer cooking charts for approximate times and temperatures for various foods.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning will extend the life of your air fryer and ensure optimal performance.
- Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the air fryer from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Cleaning Baskets and Crisper Plates:
- Wash the cooking baskets and crisper plates with hot, soapy water. A non-abrasive sponge is recommended.
- For stubborn food residue, soak the baskets in warm, soapy water for 10-15 minutes before cleaning.
- The baskets and crisper plates are generally dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to prolong their non-stick coating.
- Cleaning the Main Unit:
- Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
- Clean the interior cavity with a damp cloth and mild detergent if necessary. Ensure no water enters the electrical components.
