Setup and Assembly

1. Place the 450-Watt Motor Base on a clean, dry, and level surface.
2. Attach the 7-Cup Work Bowl to the Motor Base. Rotate until it locks securely into place.
3. Insert the desired blade (Chopping Blade, Dough Blade) or disc (Spiralizer Disc, Reversible Slice/Shred Discs) onto the Blade Adaptor, then place it onto the central post in the Work Bowl.
4. Secure the Lid with Feed Chute onto the Work Bowl, ensuring it locks into place. The unit will not operate unless all components are correctly assembled and locked.
5. Insert the Dual-size Food Pusher into the Feed Chute.

Operating Instructions

The NutriBullet Food Processor features three precision speeds: High, Low, and Pulse, allowing for advanced control over speed and texture.

Chopping

Use the Chopping Blade for finely chopping ingredients like vegetables for salsas, sauces, dips, or soup bases. Place ingredients in the Work Bowl, secure the lid, and use the Pulse function for controlled chopping or Low/High for continuous processing.

Slicing and Shredding

Attach the Reversible Thick Slice/Shred Disc or Reversible Thin Slice/Shred Disc for uniform slicing or shredding of vegetables and cheese. Use the Dual-size Food Pusher to guide ingredients through the Feed Chute while the motor is running on Low or High speed.

Spiralizing

Utilize the Spiralizer Disc to create noodle-shaped strands from vegetables. Insert the disc, secure the lid, and feed vegetables through the chute using the Food Pusher.

Dough Preparation

For kneading dough, attach the Dough Blade. Add ingredients to the Work Bowl, secure the lid, and use the Pulse or Low speed until the dough forms a ball.

Speed Settings

• OFF: Turns the unit off.
• LOW: Provides continuous low-speed processing.
• HIGH: Provides continuous high-speed processing.
• PULSE: Offers short bursts of power for controlled chopping or mixing.

Maintenance and Cleaning

All attachments (Work Bowl, Lid, Food Pusher, Blade Adaptor, Chopping Blade, Dough Blade, Spiralizer Disc, Reversible Slice/Shred Discs) are top-rack dishwasher safe. For the Power Base, wipe it clean with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the Power Base in water.

Troubleshooting

• Unit Not Turning On: Ensure all components (Work Bowl, Lid) are correctly assembled and locked into place. The food processor has safety interlocks.
• Inconsistent Chopping/Processing: Use the Pulse function for better control. Ensure ingredients are cut into appropriate sizes for the feed chute.
• Attachments Not Storing: Note that not all attachments can be stored inside the Work Bowl simultaneously. Refer to the User Guide for optimal storage configurations.
