4. Setup and Installation
Careful planning and execution are key for a clean installation. The fiber optic cable is designed to be tucked into existing gaps in your vehicle's interior panels.

Before beginning installation, plan the desired path for your fiber optic strips and the placement of the footlights. Consider areas like the dashboard, center console, and door panels where gaps are available for tucking the fiber.
4.2 Installing Fiber Optic Strips
- Identify suitable gaps in your car's dashboard, center console, and door panels.
- Use the provided plastic pry tool to gently widen the gaps in the trim.
- Carefully insert the T-type skirt side of the fiber optic cable into the widened gaps. Ensure a snug fit to prevent the strip from coming loose.
- If a section of the fiber optic strip is too long, you can cut off the excess with scissors. After cutting, use a black marker to blacken the cut end to prevent light leakage.
- Connect the fiber optic ends to the LED light sources. Secure the connection by screwing down the metal cap on the LED light source.

4.3 Connecting Footlights
Position the 4 footlights in the desired locations within the footwells. Route their cables discreetly to the main control box.

- Connect all 6 LED light sources (for fiber optics) and 4 footlights to the main control box.

- Cigarette Lighter Plug: Insert the provided cigarette lighter plug into your car's 12V socket. This method includes a fuse for protection.
