Setup and Assembly

It is recommended to lay out all parts and hardware before beginning assembly. A screwdriver is generally sufficient for assembly; avoid using power drills unless specifically instructed, as they can cause damage if not used carefully.

• Ensure metal dowel pins are screwed in straight to align correctly with locking cams.
• Follow the step-by-step instructions precisely to avoid errors.

Troubleshooting

Issue: Doors do not align or have a large gap.

• Solution: The cabinet features adjustable hinges. Refer to Figure 4 (Adjustable Hinge) in the Setup and Assembly section. Use a screwdriver to make small adjustments to the hinge screws (a, b, c) to achieve proper door alignment (up and down, front and back, left and right). Adjust one hinge at a time and check the door alignment after each adjustment.

Issue: Cabinet feels unstable.

• Solution: Ensure the anti-tipping strap is securely installed and fastened to the wall. Verify that all assembly screws are tightened. If the floor is uneven, consider placing shims under the cabinet legs for stability.
