Setup
Initial Placement and Preparation
Place the ice maker on a flat, level surface away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit. Allow the unit to sit upright for at least one hour before plugging it in to allow refrigerant fluids to settle.
Initial Cleaning
Before first use, remove the ice basket and clean the interior of the ice maker with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Drain any remaining water from the reservoir using the drain plug located at the bottom of the unit.
Adding Water
Open the lid and pour potable water into the water reservoir up to the MAX fill line. Do not overfill. Using cold water is recommended for faster ice production.
Fill the water reservoir with potable water up to the MAX fill line before starting the ice maker.
Operating Instructions
Powering On and Ice Production
Press the 'ON/OFF' button on the control panel to turn on the ice maker. The unit will automatically begin the ice-making cycle. The 'POWER' indicator light will illuminate.
Selecting Ice Cube Size
Press the 'SELECT' button to choose between small (S) or large (L) ice cube sizes. The corresponding LED light will illuminate to indicate your selection. The size of the ice cubes may vary slightly depending on the ambient room temperature.
The electronic control panel allows you to easily select ice cube size and monitor the unit's status.
Choose between small or large bullet-shaped ice cubes to suit your preference.
Ice Collection
The ice maker will produce 9 ice cubes in as little as 7 minutes. Ice will drop into the removable ice basket. The 'ICE FULL' indicator light will illuminate when the basket is full, signaling that it's time to empty it. If the ice basket is not emptied, the unit will automatically stop making ice.
Freshly produced ice cubes are collected in the removable basket, ready for use.
Maintenance
Regular Cleaning
For optimal performance and hygiene, regularly clean the water reservoir and ice basket. Use a soft cloth with mild soap and warm water. Rinse thoroughly to remove any soap residue.
Draining Water
When the unit is not in use for an extended period, or before moving it, drain all water from the reservoir. Locate the drain plug at the bottom of the unit, remove it, and allow all water to flow out. Replace the plug securely after draining.
Descaling
If mineral deposits or hard water stains build up inside the unit, use a descaling solution specifically designed for ice makers. Follow the descaling product's instructions carefully. Always rinse the unit thoroughly with clean water after descaling to ensure no residue remains.
