Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials and components from the box.
  2. Clean: Before first use, wash the stainless steel jug, lid, and frothing whisk with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
  3. Assemble: Insert the frothing whisk onto the shaft at the bottom of the jug. Place the jug securely onto the main unit.
  4. Placement: Place the frother on a dry, flat, and stable surface near a power outlet.

Operating Instructions

The REDMOND MMF-9103 offers 4 functions accessible via its one-touch control panel.

General Operation:

  1. Ensure the frothing whisk is correctly inserted into the jug.
  2. Pour milk or desired liquid into the jug. Observe the MIN/MAX indicators for appropriate fill levels. For optimal froth, use whole milk with fat content >3%.
  3. Place the lid on the jug.
  4. Plug the frother into a 120V power outlet.
  5. Select your desired function by pressing the corresponding button on the control panel. The indicator light will illuminate.
  6. The frother will automatically stop when the process is complete. A beep sound will indicate completion.

Function Modes:

  • Hot Airy Milk Froth: Ideal for lattes and cappuccinos. Fill milk up to the "MAX Frothing level" (150ml). Press the Hot Froth button (usually top-left, indicated by a frothing icon).
  • Hot Creamy Milk: For hot milk or blending. Fill milk up to the "MAX Blending level" (300ml). Press the Hot Creamy Milk button (usually top-right, indicated by a cup icon).
  • Cold Fluffy Froth: For iced lattes or macchiatos. Fill milk up to the "MAX Frothing level" (150ml). Press the Cold Froth button (usually bottom-right, indicated by a snowflake icon).
  • Hot Chocolate: For rich hot chocolate. Add milk and chocolate powder up to the "MAX Blending level" (300ml). Press the Hot Chocolate button (usually bottom-left, indicated by a chocolate bar icon).

Maintenance & Cleaning

Proper cleaning ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your frother.

  1. Unplug: Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet before cleaning.
  2. Detachable Jug: The stainless steel jug is detachable and dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. It can also be hand-washed with warm soapy water.
  3. Frothing Whisk: Remove the whisk from the jug and rinse it under running water. Use a soft brush if necessary to remove any residue.
  4. Main Unit: Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.

Troubleshooting
