2. Safety Information

4. Setup

1. Unpack the stove and place it on a stable, level, non-flammable surface.
2. Open the gas canister compartment cover.
3. Align the notch on the Iwatani cassette gas canister with the guide on the stove's gas inlet. Push the canister firmly until it clicks into place, indicating the magnetic detachment system has engaged. Ensure the canister is securely seated.
4. Close the gas canister compartment cover.
5. Place your cookware (pot or pan) centrally on the trivet. Ensure the cookware does not exceed 20cm in diameter.

5. Operating Instructions

1. Ensure the gas canister is correctly installed and the cookware is in place.
2. Turn the ignition knob counter-clockwise to the 'Ignite' position. You should hear a click and see the burner ignite.
3. Once ignited, adjust the flame intensity by rotating the ignition knob. Turn clockwise for a smaller flame and counter-clockwise for a larger flame.
4. To turn off the stove, rotate the ignition knob fully clockwise to the 'Off' position until the flame extinguishes.
5. After use, allow the stove to cool down completely before removing the gas canister or storing the unit.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: After the stove has cooled, wipe the body and trivet with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.

  • Check if the burner holes are clean and free from obstructions.
• Weak or unstable flame:
  • Ensure the gas canister is not running low.
  • Check for strong winds that might be affecting the flame despite the windbreak. Adjust stove position if necessary.
  • Verify that the cookware is not too large, causing the gas canister to cool down excessively.
• Gas leakage smell:
  • Immediately turn off the stove and remove the gas canister in a well-ventilated area.
