5. Setup and Installation

5.1 Pre-Installation Checks

5.2 Handle Direction Adjustment

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Setting and Changing the Password

The password for this lock is set via an internal mechanism on the lock panel. To change the password:

1. Access the internal panel of the lock.
2. Locate the small dots and numbers.
3. Align the small dot with the desired numbers to set your new password.
4. Ensure the new password is correctly set and test it before closing the panel.

Note: Always remember your password. There is also a 'C' (Reset) button on the keypad, as shown in Figure 2.1, which may be used to clear an incorrect entry before re-entering the password.

6.2 Unlocking with Password

To unlock the door using the password:

1. Enter your set password on the keypad.
2. Press down on the handle to disengage the lock.
3. The door should now open.

6.3 Unlocking with Key

1. Locate the concealed keyhole on the lock panel.
2. Insert the key and turn it to unlock the mechanism.
3. Press down on the handle to open the door.
