Setup and Installation
The BLANCO drink.hot EVOL-S Pro is designed for single-hole installation. Professional installation is recommended.
- Prepare the Installation Area: Ensure sufficient space under the sink for the boiler unit and filter. The product dimensions are approximately 44.7 x 25.2 x 16 cm for the main unit.
- Mount the Faucet: Insert the faucet into the pre-drilled hole in your sink or countertop. Secure it from underneath using the provided mounting kit.
- Connect Water Lines: Connect the conventional hot and cold water supply lines to the faucet.
- Install Boiler and Filter: Install the boiler unit and BWT filter according to their specific instructions. Connect the filtered water lines from the main supply through the filter to the boiler, and then from the boiler to the dedicated filtered water inlet on the faucet.

Operating Instructions

Conventional Hot and Cold Water
- The lever on the right side of the faucet controls the flow and temperature of conventional hot and cold tap water.
- Move the lever forward or backward to adjust flow.
- Move the lever left for hot water and right for cold water.
- Water is dispensed through the flexible, arched spout.
Filtered Cold and Boiling Water
- Filtered cold and boiling water are activated via the rotary knob on the left side of the faucet.
- These water types are dispensed through a separate, fixed, and insulated spout to prevent mixing and ensure safety.
- Click & Touch Function: The rotary knob allows precise adjustment of the filtered water quantity.
