Setup and Installation
Before You Begin
Ensure you have all necessary tools and components as listed in the packaging. Turn off the main water supply before starting installation. A faucet hole drilling with a diameter of 35 mm is required for installation.
Installation Steps
- Prepare the sink: Ensure the faucet hole is clean and has the required diameter (Ø 35 mm).
- Install the faucet: Insert the faucet body into the prepared hole.
- Secure the faucet: From underneath the sink, attach the stabilizing plate and secure the faucet using the provided mounting kit. This plate helps increase stability, especially in stainless steel sinks.
- Connect water supply: Attach the flexible connection hoses (700 mm length) to your hot and cold water supply lines. Ensure connections are tight to prevent leaks.
- Connect the pull-out spray hose: Connect the nylon-coated spray hose to the faucet body.
- Test for leaks: Once all connections are made, slowly turn on the main water supply and check for any leaks.

Operating Instructions
Water Flow and Temperature Control
The BLANCO JANDORA-S features a single lever handle for controlling both water flow and temperature. The basic setting of the operating lever is for cold start, which helps save energy.
- To turn on the water: Lift the lever.
- To increase water flow: Lift the lever further.
- To adjust temperature: Move the lever to the left for hot water and to the right for cold water. The default position (vertical zero position) provides cold water.
- To turn off the water: Push the lever down to its original position.
Using the Pull-Out Spray
The faucet is equipped with a concealed, pull-out spray for added convenience.
- To extend the spray: Gently pull the spray head downwards from the spout.
- To retract the spray: Guide the spray head back into the spout until it clicks securely into place.

Maintenance
Cleaning the Faucet
To maintain the brushed stainless steel finish, clean the faucet regularly with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the surface.
Aerator Maintenance
The patented aerator is designed to reduce calcification. However, if water flow becomes restricted, the aerator may need cleaning. Unscrew the aerator from the tip of the spout, rinse any debris, and gently clean with a soft brush if necessary. Reattach the aerator securely.
General Care
Periodically check all connections for tightness to prevent leaks. Do not overtighten. The ceramic seals in the cartridge are designed for long-lasting, drip-free performance.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Low water flow | Clogged aerator; partially closed shut-off valve; kinked supply line. | Clean the aerator (see Maintenance section); ensure shut-off valves are fully open; check supply lines for kinks. |
| Leaking at connections | Loose connection; damaged washer/seal. | Tighten connections (do not overtighten); replace damaged washers or seals. |
| Dripping from spout | Worn cartridge. | Contact customer support for a replacement cartridge. |
| Pull-out spray not retracting fully | Obstruction in hose path; insufficient weight on hose. | Check for obstructions under the sink; ensure the counterweight on the hose is properly positioned and not obstructed. |
