1. Introduction
This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your Z-Lite Callista 8" Wide Mini Pendant Light (Model: 3032MP-MB). Please read this manual thoroughly before beginning installation to ensure safe and proper use of the product. Keep this manual for future reference.

2. Safety Information
WARNING: Risk of Electric Shock. Disconnect power at the fuse box or circuit breaker before installation or servicing.
- Always consult a qualified electrician for installation if you are unsure.
- Ensure all electrical connections comply with local codes and ordinances, as well as the National Electric Code (NEC).
- Do not install this fixture in wet locations. It is rated for damp locations.
- Use only the specified bulb type and wattage (Medium E26, 60 Watts max).
- Do not exceed the maximum wattage.
- Handle glass components with care to prevent breakage.
- This product may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. Wash hands after handling.
3. Package Contents
Verify that all components are present and undamaged before beginning installation. If any parts are missing or damaged, contact Z-Lite customer service.

- Mounting Hardware Kit (Canopy, Mounting Plate, Screws, Wire Nuts)
- Downrods (12 in., 6 in., 3 in. sections for adjustable height)

Note: Bulb is not included. Requires one Medium (E26) base bulb, max 60 Watts.
4. Setup and Installation
Follow these steps carefully for proper installation. It is recommended to have two people for installation.
- Prepare for Installation:
- Turn off power at the main circuit breaker or fuse box.
- Clear the work area and gather necessary tools (screwdriver, wire strippers, electrical tape, ladder).
- Assemble Downrods:
Determine the desired hanging height. The fixture comes with 3-inch, 6-inch, and 12-inch downrod sections. Connect the appropriate sections by screwing them together. The total chain length is 81 inches, and cord length is 110 inches, allowing for flexible height adjustment.

- Mounting Plate Installation:
- Attach the mounting plate to the junction box in the ceiling using the provided screws. Ensure it is securely fastened.
- Wiring Connections:
- Connect the fixture's black wire to the house's black (hot) wire using a wire nut.
- Connect the fixture's white wire to the house's white (neutral) wire using a wire nut.
- Connect the fixture's ground wire to the house's ground wire (bare copper or green) and to the mounting plate's ground screw.
- Carefully tuck all wires into the junction box.
- Secure the Canopy:
- Align the fixture canopy with the mounting plate and secure it with the decorative nuts or screws provided.
- Install Glass Shade and Bulb:
- Carefully attach the clear glass shade to the fixture body.
- Screw in one Medium (E26) base bulb (not included) into the socket. Vintage Edison bulbs are compatible and recommended for aesthetic purposes.

- Restore Power:
- Turn on power at the main circuit breaker or fuse box and test the light fixture.
5. Operating Instructions
The Z-Lite Callista Mini Pendant Light is designed for simple operation.
- Power On/Off: Control the light fixture using a standard wall switch connected to the circuit.
- Dimming Functionality: This fixture is fully dimmable. To utilize the dimming feature, ensure you have a compatible dimmable E26 bulb and a compatible dimmer switch installed on your wall. Follow the dimmer switch manufacturer's instructions for operation.

6. Maintenance
Regular cleaning will help maintain the appearance and performance of your pendant light.
- Cleaning:
- Ensure the power is turned off and the fixture is cool before cleaning.
- Wipe the metal parts with a soft, dry cloth.
- For the glass shade, use a mild glass cleaner applied to a cloth (not directly to the fixture) and wipe clean. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Bulb Replacement:
- Turn off power to the fixture.
- Allow the bulb to cool completely before touching.
- Unscrew the old bulb and screw in a new Medium (E26) base bulb, not exceeding 60 Watts.
