2. Product Overview

Control Panel Description
The control panel consists of two rotary dials:
- Top Dial (Power/Function Selector): This dial allows you to select the desired cooking power level or function. Settings include:
- POWER: Indicates microwave power settings.
- Defrost: For thawing frozen foods.
- Low: Low microwave power.
- Med: Medium microwave power.
- M.High: Medium-High microwave power.
- High: Full microwave power (700W).
- Grill: For grilling food.
- Combi 1, Combi 2, Combi 3: Combination programs utilizing both microwave and grill functions.
- Bottom Dial (Timer): This dial sets the cooking duration, up to 30 minutes.
- TIME: Indicates the timer function.
- Settings range from 0 to 30 minutes, with markings for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 minutes.
3. Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the microwave oven and all packing materials. Check for any damage. Do not operate if damaged.
- Placement: Place the oven on a flat, stable surface strong enough to hold its weight and the heaviest food likely to be cooked in it. Ensure adequate ventilation space: at least 20 cm above the oven, 10 cm at the rear, and 5 cm on each side.
- Turntable Installation:
- Place the roller ring in the center of the oven cavity.
- Place the glass turntable on top of the roller ring, ensuring it sits securely in the center support.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a standard grounded electrical outlet (230V AC). Ensure the outlet is easily accessible.
4. Operating Instructions
Before operating, ensure the appliance is properly set up and the door is securely closed.
4.1 Microwave Cooking
- Place food in a microwave-safe container on the glass turntable.
- Close the oven door securely.
- Turn the Power/Function Selector dial to the desired microwave power level (Low, Med, M.High, High).
- Turn the Timer dial to set the desired cooking time. The oven will start automatically.
- When the set time expires, the oven will emit an audible signal and stop cooking.
4.2 Grill Function
The grill function is suitable for grilling thin slices of meat, steaks, chops, sausages, and chicken pieces.
- Place food on the grill rack (if provided) or a heat-resistant dish.
- Close the oven door securely.
- Turn the Power/Function Selector dial to "Grill".
- Turn the Timer dial to set the desired grilling time. The oven will start automatically.
- Midway through grilling, it is recommended to turn the food over for even cooking.
- When the set time expires, the oven will emit an audible signal and stop cooking.
4.3 Combination Programs
The combination programs combine microwave power with the grill function for faster and more versatile cooking results.
- Combi 1: 30% Microwave, 70% Grill. Suitable for fish, potatoes, or gratin.
- Combi 2: 55% Microwave, 45% Grill. Suitable for poultry, beef, or lamb.
- Combi 3: 70% Microwave, 30% Grill. Suitable for quick cooking and browning.
- Place food in a suitable heat-resistant container on the turntable.
- Close the oven door securely.
- Turn the Power/Function Selector dial to the desired combination program (Combi 1, Combi 2, or Combi 3).
- Turn the Timer dial to set the desired cooking time. The oven will start automatically.
- When the set time expires, the oven will emit an audible signal and stop cooking.
4.4 Defrost Function
The defrost function is used to thaw frozen foods.
- Place frozen food in a microwave-safe container on the turntable.
- Close the oven door securely.
- Turn the Power/Function Selector dial to "Defrost".
- Turn the Timer dial to set the desired defrosting time. The oven will start automatically.
- During defrosting, it is advisable to turn the food over periodically for even thawing.
- When the set time expires, the oven will emit an audible signal and stop.
4.5 Timer Operation
The mechanical timer controls the duration of all cooking functions. To set the time, simply rotate the bottom dial clockwise to the desired duration. The maximum cooking time is 30 minutes. For times less than 2 minutes, turn the dial past 2 minutes and then back to the desired time for more accurate setting.
5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and efficient operation of your microwave oven.
- Before Cleaning: Always unplug the oven from the power outlet.
- Oven Interior: Wipe the interior cavity after each use with a damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
- Oven Exterior: Clean the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not allow water to enter the ventilation openings.
- Door and Door Seals: Clean the door, door seals, and adjacent parts frequently with a damp cloth to remove any spills or splatters.
- Glass Turntable and Roller Ring: The glass turntable and roller ring can be washed in warm soapy water or in a dishwasher. Ensure they are completely dry before placing them back in the oven.
- Grill Element: For the grill element, ensure it is cool before wiping it gently with a damp cloth.
6. Troubleshooting
