Care and Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the watch regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by drying. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Water Resistance: This watch is water-resistant up to 50 meters (5 ATM). This means it is suitable for showering, swimming in shallow water, and general water exposure. It is not suitable for diving or high-pressure water activities. Do not operate buttons underwater.
  • Temperature: Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) or sudden temperature changes, as this can affect its accuracy and lifespan.
  • Battery: The watch is powered by a Lithium Polymer battery (included). When the display becomes dim or functions become erratic, the battery may need replacement. Battery replacement should ideally be performed by a qualified watch technician to ensure water resistance is maintained.
  • Impact: Protect the watch from strong impacts or drops, which can damage the internal components or casing.

Troubleshooting

  • Display is blank or dim: The battery may be low or depleted. Consider replacing the battery.
  • Time is incorrect: Re-set the time and date following the instructions in the "Initial Setup" section. Ensure the 12/24-hour format is correctly selected.
  • Buttons are unresponsive: Ensure the watch is not exposed to extreme conditions. If the issue persists, a battery replacement or a full reset (if applicable, by removing and reinserting the battery) might be necessary. Consult a professional if problems continue.
  • Water inside the watch: If condensation or water appears inside the watch, stop using it immediately and take it to a professional watch repair service.
