Setting the TSA Combination Lock (Medium Checked Suitcase Only)
Your medium checked suitcase comes with an integrated TSA-approved combination lock. To set your personal combination:
- Ensure the lock is set to its default combination (usually 0-0-0).
- Locate the small reset button (often recessed and requires a pen or pointed object to press).
- Press and hold the reset button until you hear a click or feel it depress.
- Set your desired 3-digit combination by turning the dials.
- Release the reset button. Your new combination is now set. Remember your combination as Samsonite does not retain personal codes.
Adjusting the Telescopic Handle
To extend or retract the telescopic handle, press the button located on the top of the handle and pull or push the handle to your desired height. Release the button to lock it in place. The handle offers multiple height settings for user comfort.
