- Weight Limits: Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 33 lbs (15 kg) for the desktop and 11 lbs (5 kg) for the keyboard tray. Overloading can cause instability and damage.
- Assembly: Ensure all components are securely fastened according to the assembly instructions. Do not use the desk if any parts are missing or damaged.
- Stability: The "H"-shaped frame base provides stability. Always ensure the desk is on a flat, stable surface. Lock the casters when the desk is in a stationary position to prevent accidental movement.
- Movement: When moving the desk, ensure all items are removed from the desktop and keyboard tray to prevent them from falling. Unlock the casters before moving.
- Children and Pets: Keep children and pets away from the desk during assembly and operation. Moving parts can pose a pinch hazard.
- Pneumatic Spring: The height adjustment mechanism uses a pneumatic spring. Do not attempt to disassemble or tamper with the spring mechanism.

Setup and Assembly
All necessary tools for assembly are included. It is recommended to assemble the desk on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out. Check against the parts list to ensure everything is present.
- Attach Casters to Base: Securely screw the four locking casters into the designated holes on the "H"-shaped base. Ensure they are tightened to prevent wobbling.
- Assemble Main Column to Base: Attach the main support column to the "H"-shaped base using the provided screws and tools. Ensure the connection is firm and stable.
- Install Keyboard Tray Supports: Fasten the keyboard tray supports to the main column or desktop assembly as indicated in the diagrams.
- Attach Keyboard Tray: Slide or attach the keyboard tray onto its supports. Ensure it can retract and extend smoothly.
- Mount Desktop: Secure the desktop surface to the top of the main support column. Pay attention to the orientation for the integrated slot and keyboard tray alignment.
- Attach Bag Hook: Install the bag hook on the side of the main column as desired.
- Final Check: Once assembled, gently shake the desk to ensure all connections are secure and there is no excessive wobble.

Operating Instructions
Height Adjustment
The desk features a pneumatic spring for smooth and effortless height adjustment, allowing you to switch between sitting and standing positions.
- To Adjust Upwards: Press the lever located under the desktop with your hand. The pneumatic spring will provide an upward force. Release the lever at your desired height.
- To Adjust Downwards: Press the lever with your hand and simultaneously apply downward pressure on the desktop. Release the lever at your desired height.

Using the Keyboard Tray
The keyboard tray is retractable, providing flexibility for your workspace setup.
- To Extend: Gently pull the keyboard tray outwards until it reaches its full extension.
- To Retract: Push the keyboard tray inwards until it is fully tucked under the desktop.

Mobility and Locking Casters
The four rolling casters allow for easy movement of the desk. Each caster is equipped with a locking mechanism.
- To Move: Ensure all casters are unlocked. Gently push the desk to your desired location.
- To Secure: Once the desk is in position, press down on the locking lever on each caster to prevent movement.
Maintenance and Care
Proper care will ensure the longevity of your BONTEC Mobile Standing Desk.
- Cleaning: The MDF desktop is waterproof and scratch-resistant. Wipe surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
- Hardware: Periodically check all screws and fasteners to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten if necessary.
- Casters: Keep casters free of dust and debris to ensure smooth rolling.
- Pneumatic Spring: No special maintenance is required for the pneumatic spring. Do not lubricate or attempt to open the mechanism.
