Thank you for choosing OutdoorMaster Ski Goggles PRO. These high-performance ski goggles are designed for ultimate comfort and clear vision on the slopes. They feature a frameless design with a large spherical lens, an interchangeable lens system, OTG (Over-The-Glasses) compatibility, and universal helmet compatibility. All lenses offer 100% UV400 protection and are anti-fog coated.

Setup

Unboxing Contents

Upon opening your package, please ensure all items are present:

Lens Installation and Removal

The Ski Goggles PRO feature a magnetic interchangeable lens system, allowing for quick and easy lens swaps to adapt to different light conditions.

1. To Remove: Gently pull the lens away from the frame. The strong magnets will release, allowing the lens to detach.
2. To Install: Align the new lens with the frame. The magnets will guide the lens into place, securing it firmly. Ensure the lens is fully seated before use.

Helmet Compatibility

The extra-long elastic strap and pivoting outriggers ensure excellent compatibility with all types of ski and snowboard helmets, providing a secure and comfortable fit.

Operating Your Goggles

OTG (Over-The-Glasses) Design

The Ski Goggles PRO are designed to fit comfortably over most prescription glasses, allowing you to wear your eyewear underneath without discomfort or obstruction.

Lens Selection (VLT - Visual Light Transmission)

Choosing the correct lens VLT is crucial for optimal visibility in varying weather conditions. VLT indicates the percentage of visible light that passes through the lens.

• Bright Sun (Low VLT 8%-18%): Darker lenses for sunny days to reduce glare.
• Variable Sun & Cloudy (Medium VLT 18%-43%): Versatile lenses for mixed conditions.
• Overcast & Storm (High VLT 43%-80%): Lighter lenses to enhance contrast in low light.
• Night (Very High VLT 80%-100%): Clear or very lightly tinted lenses for night skiing.

OutdoorMaster offers a wide range of over 20 different lenses to suit all conditions. Extra lenses are sold separately.

Maintenance

Cleaning Your Goggles

• Lenses: Gently wipe the outer lens with the provided carrying pouch or a soft, non-abrasive cloth. Do not rub the inner anti-fog lens surface vigorously, as this can damage the coating. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Frame & Strap: Clean the frame and strap with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and air dry.

Storage

Always store your goggles in the provided protective case or carrying pouch when not in use. This protects the lenses from scratches and impacts, and helps maintain the anti-fog coating.

Troubleshooting

Fogging

While all lenses are anti-fog coated, extreme conditions can sometimes lead to fogging. To minimize fogging:

• Ensure proper ventilation by not blocking the vents on the goggles.
• Avoid placing goggles on your forehead, as body heat can cause condensation.
• Shake off any snow from the vents before entering warm indoor environments.

Lens Scratches

To prevent scratches, always store your goggles in the protective case when not in use and avoid placing them face down on hard or abrasive surfaces.

Fit Issues

If your goggles do not fit comfortably or securely:

• Adjust the elastic strap to achieve a snug but comfortable fit around your helmet or head.
• Ensure the pivoting outriggers are correctly positioned to integrate with your helmet.
