Product Overview

The Visual Land Prestige Elite 10QH is a 10.1-inch HD IPS tablet designed for a high-quality multimedia experience. It features a powerful quad-core MediaTek MT8168B processor, 2GB of RAM, and runs on the Android 13 Go Edition operating system. The tablet includes a 10.1" HD IPS LCD touchscreen with a 178-degree viewing angle, dual front-facing speakers, and front (2.0MP) and rear (5.0MP) cameras. It offers 64GB of internal storage, expandable up to 1TB with a microSD card (sold separately).

Upon opening the product packaging, please verify that all items listed below are present and in good condition:

Setup

Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the tablet. Connect the provided Type C cable to the tablet's charging port and the power adapter. Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet. The charging indicator will typically illuminate or change color to show charging status. A full charge may take several hours.

Powering On/Off

  • To Power On: Press and hold the Power button (usually located on the side or top edge) until the screen illuminates and the Visual Land logo appears.
  • To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button until a power-off menu appears on the screen. Select "Power off" or "Shut down" from the options.

Initial Setup Wizard

Upon first power-on, the tablet will guide you through an initial setup process. This typically includes:

  1. Selecting your language.
  2. Connecting to a Wi-Fi network.
  3. Signing in with your Google account (or creating one). This is necessary to download apps from the Google Play Store.
  4. Setting up screen lock (PIN, pattern, or password).
  5. Reviewing and accepting terms and conditions.

Inserting a MicroSD Card (Optional)

The tablet supports expandable storage up to 1TB via a microSD card. Locate the microSD card slot (often covered by a small flap on the side). Gently insert the microSD card with the gold contacts facing down until it clicks into place. To remove, gently push the card in until it springs out.

Navigation

The Android 13 Go Edition interface is primarily touch-based:

Connecting to Wi-Fi

  1. Go to Settings > Network & internet > Internet.
  2. Turn on Wi-Fi.
  3. Select your desired Wi-Fi network from the list.
  4. Enter the network password if prompted, then tap Connect.

Camera Usage

The tablet features a 5.0MP rear camera and a 2.0MP front camera.

  1. Open the Camera app.
  2. Tap the camera switch icon to toggle between front and rear cameras.
  3. Tap the shutter button to take a photo.
  4. Tap the video icon to switch to video recording mode.

Maintenance

Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible Solution
Tablet does not turn on.Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the tablet to the power adapter and let it charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power on again. If it still doesn't turn on, try a forced restart by holding the power button for 10-15 seconds.
Cannot connect to Wi-Fi.Check if Wi-Fi is enabled in settings. Ensure you are entering the correct password. Restart your Wi-Fi router. Try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network to isolate the issue.
Apps are crashing or running slowly.Close unused apps. Clear the cache of the problematic app (Settings > Apps > [App Name] > Storage & cache > Clear cache). Restart the tablet. Ensure you have sufficient free storage space.
Screen is unresponsive.Perform a forced restart (hold power button for 10-15 seconds). Ensure the screen is clean and dry.
Battery drains quickly.Reduce screen brightness. Close background apps. Turn off Wi-Fi/Bluetooth when not in use. Limit location services. Check battery usage in settings to identify power-hungry apps.
