2. Safety Information
Please read all instructions carefully before using the appliance to ensure safe operation and prevent injury or damage. Keep this manual for future reference.
- Always place the oven on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
- Ensure adequate ventilation around the appliance. Do not block any ventilation openings.
- Do not immerse the appliance, cord, or plug in water or other liquids.
- Exercise extreme caution when removing trays or disposing of hot grease or other hot liquids.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Always use oven mitts or a cloth when handling hot items.
- Unplug the oven from the outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
- Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.
- Keep children away from the appliance during operation.
3. Setup
3.1 Unpacking and Initial Cleaning
Carefully remove the oven and all accessories from the packaging. Inspect for any damage. Before first use, wipe down the interior and exterior surfaces with a damp cloth. Wash all removable accessories (grill rack, bake tray, steam tray, humidity-controlled chip) with warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely.

3.2 Placement
Place the ChefCubii on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant countertop. Ensure there is sufficient space around the oven for proper ventilation. The oven dimensions are approximately 17.8"D x 18.8"W x 14"H.

3.3 Power Connection
Plug the power cord into a grounded AC outlet. Ensure the voltage matches the requirements specified on the appliance's rating label.
3.4 Water Tank (for Steam Functions)
For steam-related functions, fill the large portable water tank with purified water. The tank is easily accessible and designed for convenient refilling.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Control Panel Overview
The ChefCubii features a user-friendly control panel with two main knobs and a digital display. The left knob controls power and function selection, while the right knob adjusts temperature/time and confirms selections. The orange ring light on the knobs provides visual feedback.

4.2 Cooking Functions
The ChefCubii offers a wide array of cooking functions to suit various culinary needs:
- Steam: Ideal for healthy cooking, preserving nutrients and natural flavors. Features Regular Steam (194℉-230℉), Low Steam (86℉-194℉), and High Steam (230℉) modes.
- Convection Bake: Circulates hot air for even cooking and browning.
- Steam-Bake: Combines steam and convection for tender and juicy results with a crispy exterior.
- Air Fry: Uses high-speed heat circulation to cook food with little to no added oil, reducing fat and calories.
- Dehydrate: Low-temperature drying for making preservative-free healthy snacks like dried fruits and jerky.
- Broil: For grilling and browning dishes.
- Proof: Provides a warm, consistent environment for dough proofing.
- Warm: Keeps food warm after cooking.

4.3 Preset Cooking Menus
The oven comes with 40 preset cooking menus, simplifying meal preparation. Simply select the desired preset, and the oven will automatically adjust the temperature and time for optimal results.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Steam Self-Clean Function
The ChefCubii features a convenient Steam Self-Clean function to sterilize the non-stick interior and soften oil stains for easy cleaning. This function helps maintain the oven with minimal effort.

5.2 Descaling
