Setup

  1. Charging the Battery: Before first use, fully charge the built-in Lithium Ion battery. Connect the included AC Adapter to the DC Input port on the player and plug it into a standard wall outlet. The charging indicator light will typically show the charging status.
  2. Powering On/Off: Press and hold the POWER button to turn the device on or off.
  3. Connecting to Power (Car): For use in a vehicle, connect the included Car Adapter to the DC Input port and to your vehicle's 12V power outlet.

  5. Connecting External Devices (AV Input): Use the included AV Line to connect external video sources (e.g., game consoles, older camcorders) to the AV Input port.
  6. Connecting to External Display (AV Output): Use the AV Output port to connect the player to a larger TV or monitor using an AV cable (not always included).

Operating Instructions

Basic Controls

  • Power Button: Turns the unit on or off.
  • Volume Controls (VOL+/-): Adjusts the audio output level.
  • Mute Button: Temporarily silences the audio.
  • Play/Pause Button: Starts or pauses playback of media.
  • Stop Button: Stops media playback.
  • Navigation Buttons (Up/Down/Left/Right/OK): Used for menu navigation and selection.

Media Playback

  1. DVD Playback:

    Open the disc tray, insert a DVD or CD with the label side facing up, and close the tray. The player should automatically detect the disc and begin playback. If not, select the DVD source using the Input button.

  2. USB/SD Card Playback:

    Insert a USB flash drive into the USB port or an SD card into the SD card slot. Use the Input button to select the USB or SD source. Navigate through the files using the navigation buttons and press OK to play.

  3. TV Functionality:

    Ensure the antenna is connected. Select the TV source using the Input button. Perform a channel scan in the setup menu to find available digital TV channels.

Screen Adjustment

The 12.5-inch TFT LED screen offers flexible viewing angles. It can rotate 90 degrees to the left and 180 degrees to the right, allowing you to swivel the screen for optimal viewing or fold it flat with the screen facing outwards.

Remote Control

The included remote control provides full functionality for operating the player from a distance. Ensure batteries are inserted correctly. Point the remote control directly at the infrared sensor on the player for best performance.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the player. For the screen, use a soft, lint-free cloth specifically designed for electronics screens. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
  • Disc Care: Handle discs by their edges. Keep them clean and free of scratches. Store discs in their cases when not in use.
