4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Speakerphone

The speakerphone comes with an integrated USB-C cable for charging. Connect the USB-C cable to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a USB-C port on your computer. The battery indicator will show charging status. A full charge provides up to 18 hours of continuous talk time.

• Uncoil the integrated USB-C cable from the base of the speakerphone.
• Plug the USB-C connector into a power source.
• Allow the device to fully charge before first use for optimal battery life.

4.2 Connecting via Bluetooth

1. Ensure the speakerphone is powered on.
2. Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the speakerphone until the indicator light flashes, indicating pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), go to Bluetooth settings and search for available devices.
4. Select "AmazonCommercial Speakerphone" from the list.
5. Once connected, the Bluetooth indicator light on the speakerphone will become solid.

The speakerphone supports multipoint connectivity, allowing it to be connected to two Bluetooth devices simultaneously. To switch between devices, simply play audio from the desired device.

4.3 Connecting via USB-C

For a wired connection, use the integrated USB-C cable to connect the speakerphone directly to your computer. The speakerphone will be recognized as an audio device and will be ready for use without additional drivers.

• Uncoil the integrated USB-C cable.
• Plug the USB-C connector into an available USB-C port on your computer.
• The speakerphone will automatically power on and connect.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

• To power on, press and hold the Power button until the indicator lights illuminate.
• To power off, press and hold the Power button again until the indicator lights turn off.

5.2 Call Management

• Answer/End Call: Press the Answer/End Call button (green phone icon) to answer an incoming call or end an active call.
• Reject Call: Press and hold the Answer/End Call button to reject an incoming call.
• Mute/Unmute Microphone: Press the Mute Microphone button (microphone icon) to mute or unmute your microphone during a call. The indicator light will change to show mute status.

5.3 Volume Control

• Increase Volume: Press the Volume Up button (+).
• Decrease Volume: Press the Volume Down button (-).

5.4 Audio Playback

When connected via Bluetooth or USB, the speakerphone can be used for audio playback from your device. Use your device's media controls to play, pause, or skip tracks.
