5.2 Connecting to Devices
Connect the sound bar to your TV or other audio sources using one of the following methods:
- HDMI ARC: Connect an HDMI cable (not included) from the sound bar's ARC port to your TV's HDMI ARC port. This allows audio to be sent from the TV to the sound bar and often enables TV remote control of the sound bar's volume.
- Optical Input: Connect the included optical cable from the sound bar's OPTICAL port to your TV's optical audio output. Important: For optical connections, change your TV's audio output setting to PCM. PCM is a digital signal format used to represent analog data and is an optional audio format on many televisions.
- AUX Input: Connect the included 3.5mm AUX cable from the sound bar's AUX port to your TV's headphone jack or another device's audio output.
- USB/TF Card: Insert a USB flash drive or TF (MicroSD) card into the respective port to play audio files directly.
