1. Introduction

The DOOGEE V10 is a robust 5G smartphone designed for durability and performance. It features an 8500mAh battery, an integrated infrared thermometer, and a 48MP AI camera system. Built to withstand challenging environments, the V10 is IP68, IP69K, and MIL-STD-810G certified for water, dust, and shock resistance. This manual provides essential information for setting up, operating, and maintaining your device.

3. Device Layout and Components

Familiarize yourself with the key physical features of your DOOGEE V10:

4. Setup

4.1. SIM Card and MicroSD Card Installation

1. Locate the SIM card tray on the side of the device.
2. Insert the SIM ejector tool into the small hole next to the tray to open it.
3. Place your Nano-SIM cards (up to two) and/or a MicroSD card (up to 1TB) into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure correct orientation.
4. Carefully push the tray back into the phone until it is flush with the device body.

4.2. Initial Power On and Setup

1. Press and hold the Power button until the DOOGEE logo appears.
2. Follow the on-screen prompts to select your language, connect to Wi-Fi, set up your Google account, and configure other initial settings.

The DOOGEE V10 runs on Android 11. Navigate using gestures or the traditional three-button navigation bar (configurable in Settings).

5.2. Infrared Thermometer

The DOOGEE V10 features an infrared thermometer for quick temperature checks.

1. Open the dedicated Thermometer application.
2. Point the thermometer sensor (located on the rear of the phone, near the camera module) towards the forehead or object at a distance of 1-3 cm.
3. Tap the 'Measure' button on the screen.
4. The temperature reading will be displayed on the screen.

5.4. Battery and Charging

The V10 is equipped with an 8500mAh large battery, supporting 33W fast charging and 10W wireless charging.

• Wired Charging: Connect the USB Type-C cable to the phone's port and the other end to the 33W power adapter. Plug the adapter into a power outlet.
• Wireless Charging: Place the phone on a compatible 10W wireless charging pad. Ensure the phone is centered on the pad for optimal charging.

6. Maintenance

The DOOGEE V10 is built to be rugged, with IP68, IP69K, and MIL-STD-810G certifications. This means it is resistant to dust, water immersion, high-pressure water jets, and drops.

• Water Resistance: The device can be submerged in water up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes. Ensure all port covers are securely closed before exposure to water. After water exposure, dry the device thoroughly before charging or opening any ports.
• Dust Resistance: The V10 is fully protected against dust ingress.
• Shock Resistance: Designed to withstand drops from a certain height onto hard surfaces.

• Device Not Responding: Press and hold the Power button for about 10-15 seconds to force a restart.
• Battery Draining Quickly: Check background apps, reduce screen brightness, or disable unnecessary features like GPS or Wi-Fi when not in use.
• Network Issues: Ensure SIM card is correctly inserted. Try restarting the device or toggling Airplane Mode on/off.
• App Crashes: Clear the cache and data of the problematic app in Settings > Apps. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app.
