Setup

1. Installing Batteries

1. Locate the battery compartments on the back of the clock. There are two compartments, one for the timekeeping mechanism and one for the cuckoo mechanism.
2. Insert 3 AA batteries (not supplied) into the designated compartments, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).

2. Setting the Time

3. Mounting the Clock

1. Choose a suitable location on a wall. The clock is designed for indoor use.

Operating the Cuckoo Mechanism

The Karlsson Duo Cuckoo Wall Clock features a modern cuckoo mechanism. The cuckoo bird emerges and emits soft forest sounds every hour. The clock is designed to automatically silence the cuckoo sound during nighttime hours (typically between 9 PM and 6 AM) to prevent disturbance.

Sound Adjustment: There is no manual volume control for the cuckoo sound. The sound level is preset to a gentle forest sound.
