1. Introduction

2. Important Safety Information

WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury, always follow basic safety precautions.

  • Read all instructions before using the appliance.
  • This appliance must be properly grounded. Connect only to properly grounded outlets.

3. Setup and Installation

3.1 Unpacking

  • Carefully remove the dispenser from its packaging.
  • Inspect for any shipping damage. If damaged, do not operate and contact customer support.
  • Remove all packaging materials, including any protective films or tapes.

3.2 Placement

  • Place the dispenser on a flat, level, and sturdy surface capable of supporting its weight when full.
  • Ensure the dispenser is placed indoors, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
  • Allow at least 10 cm (4 inches) of clearance from the back and sides of the dispenser to a wall for proper ventilation.
  • This dispenser does not require plumbing and operates as a standalone unit.

3.3 Water Bottle Installation

  • This dispenser is compatible with 10L, 11L, 15L, and 18L water bottles.
  • Clean the neck of the water bottle before placing it on the dispenser.
  • Remove the cap from the water bottle.
  • Carefully lift the water bottle and place it upright onto the bottle support collar on top of the dispenser. Ensure it is seated firmly.

3.4 Initial Flushing and Power Connection

  • Once the water bottle is installed, allow approximately 5 minutes for the tanks to fill.
  • Place a large container under the cold water tap and dispense water until it flows steadily. Repeat for the hot water tap (if applicable, ensure power is off for this initial flush).
  • Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
  • Turn on the hot and cold water switches located on the back of the dispenser. The indicator lights on the front will illuminate.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Dispensing Cold Water

  • Place a glass or cup under the blue (cold water) tap.
  • Press the blue lever faucet control to dispense cold water.
  • Release the lever to stop the flow.

4.2 Dispensing Hot Water

  • Place a heat-resistant cup or mug under the red (hot water) tap.
  • This dispenser features a child-resistant safety hot water tap. To dispense hot water, simultaneously press the red safety button and the red lever faucet control.
  • Release both the button and the lever to stop the flow.
  • Allow approximately 15-20 minutes for the hot water to reach its optimal temperature after turning on the hot water switch.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and hygiene of your water dispenser.

5.1 Cleaning the Drip Tray

  • The drip tray is removable and dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning.
  • Periodically remove the drip tray and empty any collected water.
  • Wash the drip tray with mild soap and water, or place it in the dishwasher.
  • Rinse thoroughly and dry before reinserting.

5.2 Exterior Cleaning

  • Unplug the dispenser before cleaning.
  • Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the finish.
  • The base is made of stainless steel and can be cleaned with a stainless steel cleaner if desired.

5.3 Descaling (Recommended Annually)

  • Unplug the dispenser and remove the water bottle.
  • Drain all water from both hot and cold tanks using the drain plugs (usually located at the back).
  • Prepare a descaling solution (e.g., a mixture of white vinegar and water, or a commercial descaling agent designed for water dispensers).
  • Pour the solution into the dispenser's reservoir.
  • Allow the solution to sit for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Drain the solution completely.
  • Rinse the dispenser thoroughly by filling it with clean water and draining it several times to remove any residual descaling solution.
  • Replace drain plugs, install a new water bottle, and plug in the dispenser.
