3. Assembly Instructions

4. Setup

Propane Tank Connection

1. Ensure the griddle control knobs are in the OFF position.
2. Connect the regulator hose to the propane tank valve. Hand-tighten firmly.
3. Open the propane tank valve slowly.
4. Perform a leak test using a soapy water solution on all connections. Bubbles indicate a leak. If a leak is detected, close the tank valve and tighten connections. Repeat the test. If the leak persists, do not use the griddle and contact customer support.

Initial Use

The proprietary non-stick armored ceramic cooking surface is ready to use straight out of the box. No initial seasoning is required. Before first use, wipe down the cooking surface with a damp cloth and mild soap, then rinse and dry thoroughly.

Ignition Procedure

1. Ensure the propane tank valve is open.
2. Push and turn a control knob to the HIGH position.
3. Press the electronic ignition button repeatedly until the burner ignites.
4. Once ignited, adjust the knob to the desired temperature setting.
5. Repeat for other burners as needed.

Cooking and Temperature Control

The griddle features three independent stainless steel gas burners, allowing for precise temperature control across different cooking zones. Adjust individual burner knobs to achieve desired heat levels for various foods.

Utensil Use

Cleaning the Cooking Surface

The non-stick armored ceramic cooking surface is designed for easy cleaning. After each use, allow the griddle to cool slightly. Use a gentle wipe with a damp cloth or paper towel to remove food residue. For stubborn spots, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by a thorough rinse and dry. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.

Grease Management

The griddle is equipped with a removable grease tray. Regularly empty and clean the grease tray to prevent buildup and ensure proper function. The tray slides out for easy access.

Protection

The ceramic coating protects the griddle from scratches and rust. For long-term storage or protection from elements, consider using a fitted cover (not included with this model).

• Burner Not Lighting: Check propane tank level, ensure gas valve is fully open, verify regulator connection, and check for blockages in burner ports. Ensure the electronic igniter is sparking.

• Low Flame: Check propane tank level. Ensure the regulator is not in bypass mode (reset by turning off all burners, closing tank valve, disconnecting and reconnecting regulator, then slowly opening tank valve before attempting to light).
