Setup
- Placement: Place the unit on a flat, stable surface away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and excessive dust or vibration. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
- Power Connection: Connect the power cable to the AC inlet on the rear of the unit and then to a wall outlet.
- FM Antenna: Extend the FM wire antenna for optimal radio reception.
- Remote Control Batteries: Insert the two AAA batteries into the remote control, observing polarity.
- Dust Cover: Remove any protective packaging from the turntable and stylus.
Operating Instructions
1. Turntable Operation (Vinyl Playback)
- Lift the dust cover.
- Place a vinyl record on the turntable platter. If playing a 45 RPM single, place the included 45 RPM adapter on the center spindle.
- Select the appropriate speed (33, 45, or 78 RPM) using the speed selector switch located on the turntable deck.
- Gently lift the tonearm using the cueing lever and position it over the desired track on the record.
- Lower the tonearm slowly onto the record using the cueing lever. Playback will begin.
- To stop playback, lift the tonearm, return it to the tonearm rest, and secure it with the clip.

2. Bluetooth Playback
- Press the Mode button until "Bluetooth" or "BT" appears on the display. The unit will enter pairing mode, indicated by a flashing "BT".
- On your Bluetooth-enabled device (smartphone, tablet), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "Electrohome Kingston" from the list. Once paired, the "BT" indicator will stop flashing.
- You can now stream audio from your device to the Kingston system.

3. CD Player Operation
- Press the Mode button until "CD" appears on the display.
- Press the Eject button to open the CD tray.
- Place a CD with the label side facing up into the tray and close the tray.
- The CD will begin playing automatically. Use the Play/Pause and Skip buttons to control playback.
4. AM/FM Radio
- Press the Mode button until "AM" or "FM" appears on the display.
- Rotate the Tuning Knob to select your desired radio station.
- Adjust the FM antenna for best reception.
5. Auxiliary Input (AUX In)
- Connect an external audio device (e.g., MP3 player, smartphone) to the AUX IN port on the rear of the unit using a 3.5mm audio cable (not included).

6. USB Playback
- Insert a USB flash drive (with MP3 files) into the USB Port on the front panel.
- Press the Mode button until "USB" appears on the display.
- The unit will automatically detect and begin playing MP3 files from the USB drive. Use the Play/Pause and Skip buttons to control playback.
7. Vinyl/CD to MP3 Recording
You can digitize your vinyl records or CDs directly to MP3 files on a USB flash drive.
- Insert the included 32GB USB flash drive into the USB Port.
- Select either "Phono" (for vinyl) or "CD" (for CD) mode.
- Start playing the vinyl record or CD track you wish to record.
- Press the Record button. The display will indicate recording is in progress.
- To stop recording, press the Record button again. The recorded MP3 file will be saved to the USB drive.

8. RCA Audio Out
The RCA Audio Out ports on the rear of the unit allow you to connect the Kingston system to external powered speakers or an amplifier for a different audio experience.
- Connect RCA cables (not included) from the AUDIO OUT ports (red for right, white for left) on the Kingston to the corresponding input ports on your external audio equipment.
- Ensure your external equipment is powered on and set to the correct input.
Maintenance
- Cleaning the Unit: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the unit. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
