Important Safety Information

WARNING: Always use the trigger lock when the sprayer is not in use to prevent accidental activation and potential injury. Read all instructions before operating the sprayer.

  • Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, eye protection, and a mask when handling chemicals.
  • Do not spray flammable liquids or use the sprayer near open flames or ignition sources.
  • Ensure the tank lid is securely fastened before operating.
  • Keep the sprayer out of reach of children and pets.
  • Do not modify the sprayer or its components. Use only original replacement parts.
  • Disconnect the power before performing any maintenance or cleaning.

Assembly and Setup

  1. Attach Shoulder Straps: Connect the padded shoulder straps to the designated attachment points on the sprayer tank. Adjust the straps for a comfortable and secure fit.
  2. Connect Hose: Securely attach the high-pressure spray hose to the sprayer unit and the trigger assembly. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks.
  3. Assemble Lance: Connect the telescopic lance to the trigger assembly. Extend the lance to your desired length.
  4. Select Nozzle: Choose one of the 8 included nozzles based on your application needs and attach it to the end of the lance. Refer to the "Nozzle Selection" section for guidance.
  5. Install Filter: Ensure the washable water filter is properly seated inside the tank's wide mouth opening before filling.

Charging the Battery

The sprayer is equipped with a built-in lithium battery. For optimal performance and battery life, follow these charging instructions:

  1. Locate the charging port on the sprayer unit.
  2. Connect the provided battery charger to the charging port.
  3. Plug the charger into a standard electrical outlet.
  4. The voltage indicator on the sprayer will show the charging status. Charge until the indicator shows a full charge.
  5. A full charge provides approximately 20 tanks of spray time and the battery is designed for over 300 charge cycles.
  6. Note: For long-term storage, it is recommended to store the battery partially charged (50-80%) rather than fully charged or fully discharged.

Operation

Filling the Tank

  1. Ensure the sprayer is turned off and the trigger lock is engaged.
  2. Unscrew the wide mouth lid.
  3. Using the translucent tank, carefully pour your desired liquid solution into the tank. Use the 240ml measuring bottle for accurate mixing if needed. Ensure the mouth lid strainer is in place to prevent debris from entering the tank.
  4. Do not overfill the tank beyond the maximum fill line. The tank has a 4.2-gallon capacity.
  5. Securely fasten the wide mouth lid. Ensure the o-ring is properly seated to prevent leaks.

Nozzle Selection

The sprayer comes with 8 different nozzles to suit various spraying tasks:

  • Conical Mist / Double Conical Mist: Ideal for fine, even coverage over plants or surfaces.
  • Sectorial Mist: Provides a fan-shaped spray pattern for broader coverage.
  • Spraying Flower: Designed for gentle application on delicate plants.
  • Adjustable Spraying Brass / Double Spraying Brass / Flower Adjustable Spraying Brass / Adjustable & Rotatable Spraying Brass: Offer versatility for various spray patterns and intensities, suitable for targeted application or wider areas.

Choose the nozzle that best fits the required spray pattern and coverage for your task.

Spraying Procedure

  1. Once the tank is filled and the desired nozzle is attached, place the sprayer comfortably on your back using the padded shoulder straps.
  2. Turn on the power switch located on the sprayer unit.
  3. Adjust the pressure knob controller to your desired working pressure, ranging from 21.8 PSI to 100 PSI. Higher pressure provides a stronger, more direct spray.
  4. Disengage the trigger lock.
  5. Press the trigger to begin spraying. Release the trigger to stop.
  6. For continuous spraying, engage the trigger lock while the trigger is pressed.
  7. After use, engage the trigger lock and turn off the power switch.

Maintenance

Cleaning the Sprayer

  1. After each use, empty any remaining solution from the tank.
  2. Rinse the tank thoroughly with clean water. Operate the sprayer with clean water for a few minutes to flush the hose, lance, and nozzle.
  3. Remove and clean the filter regularly. The filter is washable.
  4. Clean the exterior of the sprayer with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the electrical components in water.

Storage

  • Store the sprayer in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and freezing temperatures.
  • Ensure the tank is empty and clean before storage.
  • Engage the trigger lock and turn off the power switch.
  • Store the battery with a partial charge (50-80%) if storing for extended periods.

Troubleshooting
