1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the LASIEYO Tile Vibration Leveling Machine. This innovative tool is engineered to simplify and enhance the tile installation process, ensuring perfectly leveled and securely set tiles. Its powerful vibration mechanism and strong suction cup make it ideal for both wall and floor tiling projects, accommodating a wide range of tile sizes. Please read this manual thoroughly before operation to ensure safe and efficient use of your new tool.

2. Safety Information

Always prioritize safety when operating power tools. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious injury.

• Keep the work area clean and well-lit. Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents.
• Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases, or dust. Power tools create sparks which may ignite the dust or fumes.
• Keep children and bystanders away while operating a power tool. Distractions can cause you to lose control.
• Avoid accidental starting. Ensure the switch is in the off-position before connecting to battery pack, picking up or carrying the tool.
• Use the tool only with specifically designated battery packs. Use of any other battery packs may create a risk of injury and fire.
• Do not expose the tool or battery pack to fire or excessive temperature. Exposure to fire or temperature above 130 °C (265 °F) may cause explosion.
• Maintain tools. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts, breakage of parts and any other condition that may affect the tool’s operation. If damaged, have the tool repaired before use.
• Use the power tool, accessories and tool bits etc. in accordance with these instructions, taking into account the working conditions and the work to be performed. Use of the power tool for operations different from those intended could result in a hazardous situation.

4. Setup

4.1 Battery Installation and Charging

The tile vibrator is powered by 21V 2000mAh Lithium-Ion batteries. Ensure batteries are fully charged before first use.

• To install a battery: Align the battery with the slot at the base of the handle and slide it in until it clicks securely into place.
• To remove a battery: Press the battery release button (located on the battery pack) and slide the battery out.
• To charge batteries: Connect the AC charger to a power outlet and then to the battery. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours and provides 3 to 6 hours of runtime.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Basic Operation

The LASIEYO Tile Vibration Leveling Machine is designed for ease of use, allowing for one-handed operation.

1. Ensure a charged battery is securely installed.
2. Place the suction cup firmly onto the tile surface.
3. Lift the metal handle to engage the suction cup, creating a strong vacuum seal to securely hold the tile.
4. Press the 'Mode/Switch' button to turn on the vibration function.
5. Adjust the vibration frequency using the 'Start-up' button. There are 5 adjustable gears to suit different tile sizes and mortar consistencies.
6. Gently move the tool across the tile to evenly distribute mortar and remove air bubbles, ensuring proper adhesion and leveling.

5.2 Application

This tool is suitable for the movement and installation of wall tiles and small floor tiles, specifically designed for sizes ranging from 6"x 6" to 78" x 78".

6. Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your tile vibrator.

• Cleaning: After each use, wipe down the tool, especially the suction cup, to remove any mortar or debris. A damp cloth is usually sufficient. Ensure the suction cup is free of any residue to maintain its strong grip.
• Battery Care: Store batteries in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Do not store fully discharged batteries for extended periods. Charge them periodically if not in use.
• Storage: Store the tool and its accessories in the provided durable storage case to protect them from dust and damage.
• Inspection: Regularly inspect the tool for any signs of wear, damage, or loose parts. If any issues are found, discontinue use and contact customer support for repair.
