Setup and Wearing Instructions
Before first use, fully charge the shoulder heating pad using the provided USB Type-C cable.
- Attach the strap to the pad by connecting it to the buckle.
- Wear the shoulder wrap on your shoulder.
- Adjust the size of the arm part for a comfortable fit.
- Adjust the strap across the chest according to your needs. If additional length is required, use the included 12-inch extension strap by inserting it into the plastic buckle and securing it.
- For easier adjustment, it is recommended to stand in front of a mirror.

Operating Instructions
The device features an LED display for temperature and battery status, along with controls for heat and vibration.
Power On/Off
- Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn the device on or off.
Heat Settings
The shoulder pad offers three adjustable heat settings:
- Low: 40℃/104℉ to 50℃/122℉
- Medium: 50℃/122℉ to 60℃/140℉
- High: 60℃/140℉ to 75℃/167℉
Press the heat button to cycle through the temperature levels.
Vibration Modes
Choose from three vibration modes:
- Continuous Vibration Mode
- Intermittent Vibration Mode
- Slow Vibration Mode
Press the vibration button to cycle through the vibration modes.
LED Display and Low Power Warning
The LED display shows the current temperature and battery level. When the battery level falls below 5%, the shoulder pad will emit a beep to remind you to charge the device.

Adjustability and Fit
The shoulder heating pad is designed to fit a wide range of users and can be worn on both the left and right shoulder.

- Arm Circumference: 9-16 inches
- An additional 12-inch extension strap is included to accommodate larger chest circumferences.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the surface of the heating pad with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash or submerge in water.
- Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.
- Charging: Ensure the device is fully charged before extended storage to prolong battery life.

Troubleshooting
