5. Setup & Installation
5.1 Pre-Installation Steps
- Turn off the main water supply to your kitchen.
- Clear the area under the sink for easy access.
- Remove your old faucet, if applicable. Clean the sink surface thoroughly.
5.2 Faucet Installation
- Mounting the Faucet: If your sink has 3 holes, place the deck plate over the holes. Insert the faucet body into the center hole (or single hole if applicable). Ensure the faucet is oriented correctly.
- Secure the Faucet: From underneath the sink, place the rubber washer, metal washer, and then the mounting nut onto the threaded shank of the faucet. Tighten the mounting nut securely by hand, then use a wrench to snug it further. Avoid overtightening.
- Connect Water Supply Lines: Connect the hot and cold water supply lines from the faucet to your home's water supply valves. The faucet includes 9/16" standard pipe connections and a 1/2" adapter. Ensure a tight seal without overtightening.
- Install Pull-Down Hose Weight: Attach the weight to the pull-down sprayer hose underneath the sink. Position it approximately 6-8 inches from the bottom of the sprayer head when the sprayer is docked. This ensures proper retraction.
- Check for Leaks: Turn on the main water supply slowly and check all connections for leaks. Run the faucet for a few minutes to flush out any debris.
Installation Tip: It is often easier to attach the supply lines to the faucet before mounting the faucet to the sink, especially in confined spaces.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Single Handle Control
The single lever handle controls both water flow and temperature. Move the handle up to increase flow and down to decrease flow. Rotate the handle left for hot water and right for cold water.

6.2 3-Function Pull Down Sprayer
The pull-down sprayer features three distinct spray modes for various tasks:
- Stream: A steady, aerated flow for filling pots and general washing.
- Spray: A wider, more powerful spray for rinsing fruits, vegetables, and dishes.
- Blade Sweep: A high-pressure, wide sweep of water designed to thoroughly clear food debris from dishes, sinks, and bar areas.
To switch between modes, press the button on the sprayer head. The sprayer head can be pulled down from the spout for extended reach (up to 20 inches) and features a smooth retraction system to return it to its docked position.

7. Maintenance
7.1 Cleaning the Faucet
- Clean the faucet regularly with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the finish.
- The matte black finish is treated with PVD & Nano Technology for oil-proof, anti-dust, and anti-fingerprint properties, making it easier to maintain.

7.2 Cleaning Easy-Clean Nozzles
The sprayer nozzles are made of soft silicone, allowing for easy removal of limescale and mineral build-up. Simply swipe your finger across the nozzles to dislodge any deposits, ensuring a consistent and powerful flow.
8. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Low Water Flow | Aerator or nozzles clogged with debris/limescale; partially closed supply valves. | Clean the aerator and nozzles. Ensure supply valves are fully open. |
| Leaking from Faucet Base | Loose mounting nut; improper sealing. | Tighten the mounting nut. Ensure gaskets are correctly seated. |
| Leaking from Sprayer Head | Damaged O-rings or internal components. | Contact customer support for replacement parts or assistance. |
| Sprayer Does Not Retract Fully | Hose weight improperly positioned or obstructed. | Adjust the position of the hose weight. Clear any obstructions under the sink. |
