Setup

1. Charging the Smartwatch

Before first use, fully charge your smartwatch. Connect the magnetic USB charging cable to the charging points on the back of the watch and to a standard USB power source. A full charge typically provides up to 10 days of battery life.

2. App Installation

Download the HitFit Pro application on your smartphone. You can find it by searching in your device's app store or by scanning the QR code provided in the watch's packaging. The app is compatible with Android version 5.1 and above, and Apple iOS version 10.0 and above.

3. Pairing with Your Smartphone

  1. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
  2. Open the HitFit Pro app.
  3. Follow the in-app instructions to search for and connect to your Sekonda Active Smartwatch.
  4. Confirm the pairing request on both your phone and the smartwatch if prompted.

Operating Instructions

Basic Navigation

The smartwatch features a full touch-screen display for navigation. Swipe left, right, up, or down to access different functions and menus. Tap to select an option.

Maintenance

Water Resistance

The Sekonda Active Smartwatch has an IP68 water resistance rating. This means it is protected against continuous immersion in water up to a depth of 1.5 meters for a maximum of 30 minutes. It is suitable for activities like swimming but not for diving or high-pressure water activities.

Cleaning and Care

  • Wipe the watch and strap regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
  • Ensure the charging contacts are clean and dry before charging.

Battery Information

The smartwatch is equipped with a Lithium-polymer battery. Average battery life is up to 10 days, but actual usage may vary depending on feature use and settings.

Troubleshooting

  • Watch not turning on: Ensure the watch is fully charged. Connect it to the charger and wait a few minutes before attempting to power it on.
  • Unable to pair with phone: Check that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and the watch. Ensure the HitFit Pro app is open and you are following the pairing instructions. Try restarting both devices.
  • Inaccurate readings (heart rate, steps): Ensure the watch is worn snugly on your wrist, not too tight or too loose. Environmental factors and individual physiology can affect sensor accuracy. Note that this device is not a medical instrument; readings are for reference only.
  • Short battery life: Frequent use of features like continuous heart rate monitoring, bright screen settings, and numerous notifications can reduce battery life. Adjust settings in the app to optimize battery performance.
  • Notifications not appearing: Check app permissions on your phone to ensure the HitFit Pro app has access to notifications. Verify that notifications are enabled within the HitFit Pro app settings.
