1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for assembling your JEKCA Husky 4-in-1 Pack building block set. This kit allows you to construct one of four distinct Husky dog poses using interlocking plastic bricks. Please read all instructions carefully before beginning assembly.

4. Assembly Guide

JEKCA building blocks utilize a patented interlocking brick-through technology, ensuring a sturdy and durable construction without the need for glue. Follow these steps for proper assembly:

4.1. Understanding the Interlocking System

Each JEKCA brick has holes on its top surface and pegs on its bottom surface. Bricks are connected by aligning the pegs of one brick with the holes of another, then securing them with pins using the provided pin driver.

4.2. Basic Assembly Steps

1. Align Bricks: Place the upper brick directly over the lower brick, ensuring the pegs align with the holes.
2. Insert Pins: Take a pin and insert it into the aligned holes.
3. Secure with Pin Driver: Use the pin driver to push the pin firmly through both bricks until they are securely connected. The pin should be flush or slightly recessed.

5. Care and Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe dust from the model. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth with mild soap can be used, followed by immediate drying. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Storage: Store the model in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent discoloration or material degradation.
• Handling: While sturdy, avoid dropping or applying excessive force to the assembled model to prevent bricks from detaching or breaking.

• Missing Pieces: If you find any pieces missing, please contact JEKCA customer support with your product model number and a description of the missing parts.
• Difficulty Connecting Bricks: Ensure that the pegs and holes are perfectly aligned before inserting pins. Use the pin driver to apply even pressure. If a pin is bent, replace it with a new one.
• Model Instability: Double-check all connections to ensure pins are fully inserted and bricks are securely interlocked according to the instructions.
