3. Setup
3.1 Site Preparation
Ensure the installation site is a solid, level surface capable of supporting the hot tub's weight when filled (approximately 300 gallons of water plus occupants). Adequate drainage should be available.
3.2 Electrical Connection
The hot tub requires a 240 Volt AC power source. Consult a qualified electrician for proper installation of a dedicated circuit and GFCI protection, if not already present. The hot tub is designed for plug-and-play operation once the appropriate outdoor outlet is installed.
3.3 Filling the Hot Tub
- Ensure all drain valves are closed.
- Place a garden hose into the filter compartment or directly into the footwell.
- Fill the hot tub to the recommended water level, typically above the highest jets but below the top edge.
3.4 Initial Startup
After filling, connect the hot tub to the power supply. The control panel will initiate a startup sequence. Allow several hours for the water to reach the desired temperature.

4.2 Jet Operation
Activate the 46 massage jets using the designated pump buttons on the control panel. Many jets can be individually adjusted or turned off to customize your massage experience and focus water flow where desired.
4.3 Temperature Control
Use the 'Up' and 'Down' buttons on the control panel to set your desired water temperature. The hot tub will automatically heat the water to maintain this setting.
4.4 Lighting
The color therapy lighting can be cycled through various colors or set to a specific hue using the 'Light' button on the control panel.
5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning the Surface
Wipe the hot tub surface with a wet cloth. Always use a neutral cleaning product and a soft wiping cloth. Avoid abrasive tools, blades, or knives, as these may cause damage. Never use nail polish remover, acetone, or paint stripper for cleaning.
5.2 Filter Maintenance
Regularly clean the superfine filter to ensure optimal water quality and circulation. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for filter removal, cleaning, and replacement.

5.3 Water Chemistry
The integrated Ozone generator assists in maintaining water sanitation. However, regular testing and balancing of water chemistry (pH, alkalinity, sanitizer levels) are crucial for bather comfort and equipment longevity. Consult a local spa professional for guidance on water treatment products.
5.4 Thermal Cover Care
Keep the thermal cover clean and in good condition to maximize heat retention and protect the hot tub from environmental elements. Periodically inspect for damage and ensure a tight seal.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your hot tub, please refer to the following general troubleshooting tips:
- No Power: Check the circuit breaker and GFCI. Ensure the power cord is securely plugged in.
- Jets Not Working: Verify that the pumps are activated. Some jets may have individual on/off controls. Check water level.
- Water Not Heating: Confirm the desired temperature is set correctly. Ensure the thermal cover is properly in place. Check for error codes on the control panel.
- Cloudy Water: Clean or replace the filter. Test and adjust water chemistry. Shock the water if necessary.
For persistent problems or complex issues, contact BUENOSPA customer support or a certified spa technician.
