Troubleshooting
| Issue | Possible Cause / Solution |
|---|---|
| Watch not powering on. | Battery may be fully discharged. Connect to charger and allow to charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power on. |
| GPS signal not acquired. | Ensure you are in an open area with a clear view of the sky. Avoid dense tree cover or tall buildings. Allow several minutes for initial GPS lock. |
| Inaccurate distances. | Verify that the watch has a strong GPS signal. Ensure the correct course is selected. If using GreenView, confirm the pin position is accurately set. |
| Touchscreen unresponsive. | Try restarting the device. Ensure the screen is clean and dry. If the issue persists, perform a factory reset (note: this will erase data). |
| Battery drains quickly. | Ensure Bluetooth is turned off when not needed. Reduce screen brightness if possible. GPS usage consumes more battery; consider charging between rounds. |
