2. Important Safety Information

Please read all safety instructions carefully before operating the steam cleaner. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.

  • Do not add detergent or any cleaning chemicals to the water tank. The device is designed for water-only steam cleaning. For stubborn stains, pre-treat the area with a suitable detergent and then use the steam cleaner.
  • Do not overfill the water tank. The maximum capacity is 350ML; leave sufficient space to ensure proper operation and prevent overflow.
  • Always ensure the power cord is securely connected during operation.
  • Exercise extreme caution with hot steam. Do not directly touch the high-temperature steam or direct it towards people, pets, or electrical appliances.
  • The steam cleaner features a safety lock technology on the handle and a safety cap to protect against high-temperature steam. Do not attempt to open the water tank cap while the unit is under high pressure or hot.
  • After use, unplug the power cord and allow the unit to cool down for approximately 2-3 minutes before attempting to remove the cap and empty any remaining water. The pressure valve can be opened counterclockwise once cooled.
  • If steam pressure becomes low during operation, wait approximately 10 seconds for the unit to reheat. The power light will turn off when it is ready again.
