- Ensure the power adapter used is at least 5V 2A for optimal performance, especially for wireless charging.
- Do not place metal objects or thick phone cases between your device and the wireless charging pad, as this may interfere with charging or cause overheating.
- Keep the device away from water, moisture, and extreme temperatures.

The mooas MBS5 features a clear digital display, intuitive control buttons, and various input/output ports for versatile use.

4.1 Front Panel and Controls
- Digital Display: Shows time, mode, battery status, and other indicators.
- Power Button (⑁): Long press to power on/off. Short press to change modes.
- Clock Button (⏰): Used for setting time and alarm.
- Alarm Button (⏰ with bell): Used for setting alarms.
- Play/Pause/M Button (⏸ / M): Play/pause in media modes. In FM mode, long press to scan and save stations.
- Previous/Next Track Buttons (⏮ / ⏴): Navigate tracks in media modes, change stations in FM mode.
- Volume Knob: Rotate to adjust volume. Also used to adjust numbers during time/alarm setting.
4.2 Rear Panel Ports

- AUX Port: For connecting external audio devices via the included AUX cable. Also functions as an antenna for FM radio.
- TF (Micro SD) Card Slot: For playing audio files directly from a Micro SD card.
- DC IN Port (Type-C): For connecting the charging cable to power the device and enable wireless charging.
5. Setup
5.1 Initial Charging
- Connect the provided Type-C USB cable to the DC IN port on the back of the speaker.
- Connect the other end of the USB cable to a compatible USB power adapter (minimum 5V 2A, not included).
- The battery icon on the display will indicate charging status. A full charge takes approximately 2-3 hours.
5.2 Power On/Off
- To power on, long press the Power button (⑁).
- To power off, long press the Power button (⑁). The device will announce "Power off." To silence this announcement, set the speaker volume to zero before powering off.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Setting the Clock
- The clock displays time in 24-hour format only.
- Press the Clock button (⏰). The hour digits will start blinking.
- Rotate the Volume knob to adjust the hour.
- Press the Clock button again to switch to minute adjustment. The minute digits will blink.
- Rotate the Volume knob to adjust the minutes.
- Press the Clock button once more to confirm and exit time setting.
6.2 Setting the Alarm
- Only one alarm can be set at a time.
- Press the Alarm button (⏰ with bell). The alarm hour digits will blink.
- Rotate the Volume knob to adjust the alarm hour.
- Press the Alarm button again to switch to alarm minute adjustment. The minute digits will blink.
- Rotate the Volume knob to adjust the alarm minutes.
- Press the Alarm button once more to confirm the alarm time.
- To select the alarm sound, press the Play/Pause/M button (⏸ / M) while the alarm is set. Options include default tones, the last song played on a TF card, or the FM radio.
- To activate/deactivate the alarm, short press the Alarm button. An alarm icon will appear/disappear on the display.
- When the alarm sounds, press any button to activate snooze (9-minute interval). The alarm will ring for 1 minute and stop automatically if no buttons are pressed.
6.3 Bluetooth Mode

- Power on the speaker. Short press the Power button (⑁) until "BLUE" appears on the display.
- On your mobile device, enable Bluetooth and search for "Mooas MBS5" in the list of available devices.
- Select "Mooas MBS5" to pair. The speaker will confirm successful connection.
- Once paired, the speaker will automatically connect to your device in the future when in Bluetooth mode.
- Control playback (play/pause, next/previous track) using the speaker's buttons or your connected device.
6.4 FM Radio Mode

- Short press the Power button (⑁) to cycle through modes until "FM" appears on the display.
- For improved signal reception, connect the AUX cable to the AUX port on the back of the speaker. The cable acts as an external antenna.
- To automatically scan and save available stations, long press the Play/Pause/M button (⏸ / M). The speaker will scan and store stations.
- Use the Previous/Next Track buttons (⏮ / ⏴) to navigate through saved FM stations.
6.5 TF / Micro SD Card Mode
- Insert a Micro SD card (TF card) with WAV or MP3 audio files into the TF card slot on the rear panel.
- The speaker will automatically switch to TF card mode or you can select it by short pressing the Power button (⑁).
- Use the Play/Pause/M button (⏸ / M) and Previous/Next Track buttons (⏮ / ⏴) to control playback.
6.6 AUX Mode
- Connect one end of the included AUX cable to the AUX port on the speaker's rear panel.
- Connect the other end to the audio output of an external device (e.g., smartphone, MP3 player).
- Short press the Power button (⑁) to select AUX mode.
- Audio playback will be controlled by the connected external device.
6.7 Hands-Free Calling

- This feature is only supported when the speaker is in Bluetooth mode and paired with a smartphone.
- When a call comes in, the music will pause. Press the Play/Pause/M button (⏸ / M) to answer the call.
- Speak into the built-in microphone on the speaker.
- Press the Play/Pause/M button (⏸ / M) again to end the call. Music playback will resume automatically.
6.8 Wireless Charging

- The wireless charging function operates only when the speaker is plugged into a power source via the Type-C USB cable.
- Place your wireless charging compatible smartphone or earphones on the designated charging area on top of the speaker.
- Ensure the device is centered on the charging pad for optimal contact.
- The charging indicator on your device will confirm that charging has begun.
- The charger supports up to 10W output, compatible with various devices including Samsung, Apple, and LG models.
6.9 Timer Mode (Auto Shutdown)

- The speaker features an auto-shutdown timer, useful for listening to music or radio before sleep.
- To activate, short press the Clock button (⏰) repeatedly until the timer icon appears and a number (e.g., 10, 20, 30, up to 90) is displayed.
- Each press increases the timer by 10 minutes, up to a maximum of 90 minutes.
- The speaker will automatically power off once the set time has elapsed.
7. Maintenance
- Clean the speaker with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Keep the device free from dust and debris, especially around the ports and speaker grille.
