Setup and Initial Use
1. Charging the Case and Earbuds
Before first use, fully charge the charging case and earbuds. Connect the provided Type-C cable to the charging port on the case and a USB power source. The dual LED display on the case will show the charging percentage for the case and individual earbuds. During charging, the LED indicator light will flash. A full charge typically takes about 2 hours for the case.

The charging case provides approximately 40 hours of listening time, with each earbud offering about 8 hours of music time on a single charge. The case has a 600mAh capacity, and each bud has a 50mAh battery.

2. Pairing with Your Device
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop, etc.).
- Open the charging case and remove both earbuds. They will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
- On your device, search for Bluetooth devices and select "T16" from the list.
- Once connected, the earbuds will automatically pair with this device in the future when removed from the case.
The earbuds support one-step pairing and have a Bluetooth range of up to 33 feet (10 meters). They are compatible with all Bluetooth-enabled mobile phones, tablets, laptops, computers, audiobooks, TV, and all devices with Bluetooth 5.0.

3. Wearing the Earbuds
The earbuds are designed with flexible earhooks for a secure and comfortable fit, especially during sports and exercise. Choose the appropriate eartip size (S, M, L) for optimal comfort and sound isolation.

- No sound or low volume:
- Check the volume levels on both your device and the earbuds.
- Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in your ears and the eartips provide a good seal.
- Clean any debris from the earbud speakers.
- Charging issues:
- Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
- Verify the power source is active.
- Clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and inside the case.
- Note that the LED indicators for individual earbuds will flash during charging and turn off when fully charged, but do not show real-time percentage for the earbuds themselves, only the case.
