3. Setup and Assembly
3.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove the router tool and all accessories from the packaging. Inspect all components for any signs of damage during transit. Retain the packaging for future storage or transport.
3.2 Installing Router Bits
- Ensure the tool is unplugged from the power source.
- Press and hold the spindle lock button.
- Insert the desired router bit into the collet. Ensure the shank is fully seated.
- Tighten the collet nut by rotating it clockwise using the provided wrench until the bit is securely fastened. Do not overtighten.
- To remove a bit, reverse the process: press the spindle lock button and rotate the collet nut counter-clockwise.

3.3 Attaching Guides and Accessories
Depending on your application, attach the appropriate guides (e.g., straight guide, circle guide) to the router base. Refer to the specific accessory's instructions for proper attachment and adjustment.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Power Connection
Connect the router to a suitable power outlet (230V, 50Hz). Ensure the power cord is not damaged and is positioned safely to avoid tripping hazards.
4.2 Adjusting Cutting Depth
The cutting depth can be precisely adjusted using the depth trimming knob and scaleplate. Loosen the lock wrench, set the desired depth, and then secure the lock wrench to fix the cutting depth.

4.3 Setting Speed
The router features a 7-speed regulating roller, allowing you to adjust the no-load speed from 16000 RPM (low speed) to 30000 RPM (top speed). Select the appropriate speed based on the material and the type of router bit being used. Harder materials and smaller bits generally require higher speeds, while softer materials and larger bits require lower speeds.
4.4 Starting and Stopping the Tool
To start the tool, press the Start Switch. To stop, release the switch. Always maintain a firm grip on the handles during operation.
4.5 Applications

5. Maintenance

5.2 Bit Care
