4. Installation Guide

4.2 Wiring Diagram

Refer to the provided wiring diagram for correct connections. Incorrect wiring can cause damage to the unit or your vehicle's electrical system.

  • Power Connection: Connect the yellow wire to the constant 12V power supply, the red wire to the accessory 12V power supply (switched by ignition), and the black wire to ground.
  • Speaker Connections: Connect speaker wires according to their polarity (positive to positive, negative to negative).
  • Rear View Camera: Connect the camera's video output to the CAM-IN port and its power to the reverse light circuit.
  • Antenna: Connect your vehicle's radio antenna to the ANT port.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Basic Controls

  • CarPlay/Android Auto: Connect your iPhone (iOS 11 and below) or Android phone (Android 11 and below) via a USB data cable. The system will automatically launch the respective interface, allowing access to navigation, communication, and entertainment apps.
  • Mirror Link: For screen mirroring, connect your iPhone (5-8, iOS 13.4 and below) or Android phone (Android 10.1 and below) via USB. Follow the on-screen prompts to establish the connection. Note that iPhone mirroring is one-way control, while Android mirroring offers two-way control.

5.6 Rear View Camera

When the vehicle is shifted into reverse gear, the car stereo will automatically display the rear view from the connected camera.
